With access to Chalk Pond, hiking trails right down the road, and plenty of privacy, this home makes for the perfect tranquil getaway! Located just a couple of minutes from Lake Sunapee access in the summer, and only 10 minutes to the famous Mount Sunapee Ski Resort, it also makes for a wonderful and private home base for ski season!
