Wonderful property and very responsive hosts

The property was the highlight of our stay. All my friends commented on the location (lake front) and the spaciousness of the house. The house was well stocked with all kitchen and toilet supplies we needed and more. The host was very responsive and answered our questions quickly. Would definitely recommend this place to other friends.

This was the most well equipped rental property we have ever stayed in! EVERYTHING we needed was on site. No detail left undone! Beyond impressed with the beautiful home and all of its amenities. Communication with the rental company was helpful and informative. The design of this house certainly had family in mind and it was very helpful to have the baby items for the 16 month old that traveled with us. The paddle board and kayaks got a lot of use and we also rented a boat. Loved this house and its location!

Our family had an exceptional experience with this property and the AvantStay management team. Of all the annual family vacations we've taken over the years, this was truly one of the very best!The home was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and incredibly spacious, with more than enough indoor and outdoor living areas to comfortably accommodate our group of 18. Every detail of the interior was thoughtfully designed, from the beautifully appointed bedrooms and inviting gathering spaces to the high-quality appliances and fully stocked kitchen, which made preparing meals for a large family easy and enjoyable.One of our favorite features was the home theater, where we gathered to watch movies and cheer on our favorite teams during the World Cup. It quickly became a favorite spot for everyone.The outdoor spaces were equally impressive. Whether relaxing on the expansive screened-in porch, enjoying one of the multiple decks, or gathering in the gazebo seating areas, there was always a perfect place to unwind. The pool was absolutely fantastic and was, without question, the highlight of the trip for family members of every age—from the youngest children to the oldest adults.This was our first visit to Lake Norman, and we completely fell in love with the area. We couldn't have asked for a better property or management team to make our vacation so memorable. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a first-class vacation experience.

The property was spectacular. On the inside there was something for each of us, the bedrooms and bathrooms were great, the suite setup upstairs was amazing. The kitchen was well stocked. There was 16 of us, ranging from 6 to 76 yrs old, including 5 teenagers. The outside was breathtaking and so much space for everyone to spread out. We were lucky it was sunny most days so we were able to go outside and enjoy the deck and the hot tub, the little beach by the lake was enough to dip our feet in the cool lake. We had a plumbing issue on Thanksgiving night at 6pm, and they sent a plumber to fix it and that was pretty amazing. The house is in a quite neighborhood so we were able to go for a walk each day. And the movie theatre room - that was great with a weekend full with football and college basketball. The only comment we have is that some of the pots and pans were not induction stove so it took a little longer to cook things on the stove. But on the flipside, the double ovens preparing for Thanksgiving meal were amazing. Overall, exceptional property and amazing service - great holiday in a great home! Thank you

The property was spacious and well-equipped, offering something for everyone in our group of 16, from children to seniors. Bedrooms, bathrooms, and the upstairs suite setup were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked. The outdoor space, deck, hot tub, and lake access provided plenty of areas to relax. A plumbing issue on Thanksgiving was promptly handled by the management team. The home also featured a movie theater, which was enjoyable for sports viewing. Minor note: some pots and pans were not compatible with the induction stove, but the double ovens made holiday cooking easy. Overall, a very comfortable property with responsive service and a great setting for a family holiday.
