This property had a fenced in backyard for our dogs, so they could get some ball throwing time while we enjoy the lake. The house was great, but we were there for outside time and really enjoyed ourselves!

Great location, very easy access to I-77. House layout offers plenty of space with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. The game room is a nice touch, came in handy on a rainy afternoon. We spent nights on the big back deck looking at Lake Norman.

Amazing lakefront house!! Easy access to Davidson/Davidson College and the city of Charlotte. My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay here, and we plan on staying at this house again during our next trip to this area. Lots of space and bedrooms for everyone and tons of parking (which can be an issue at other rental properties in my experience). Huge deck and gorgeous outdoor space right on the water. Beautiful views. My family had a wonderful time at this house, and we made memories that will last a lifetime! I highly recommend it!!

Wonderful property with great views and everything needed for total enjoyment of the lake. Location felt very private yet hit was very easy to get to and minutes from the highway (Rt 77), grocery and liquor stores and restaurants.Kids totally enjoyed the amenities including paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming, enjoying the hot tub and playing in the game room. They also enjoyed having their own bunk bed room with tv so they could all be together.The fenced in rear yard was perfect for the 3 year old so we did not have to worry about her going in the water.The multi levels of the house allowed for separation for the many people we had with us. And the spacious second floor master bedroom suite is amazing with its spectacular views of the lake.We all loved staying there.

The property on the lake was beautiful. What a special place to watch fireworks. We loved the dock, and the kayaks and the yard, and we spent a lot of time in the water. The game room gave our teenagers a separate place to hang out, which was great. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook dinners. I gave it 4 stars because communication with the host was slow ( it was a holiday week, so I know they were busy). Also, the home was quirky, and older. Definitely need to upgrade the sheets, and fix the AC upstairs. Felt like I overpaid a little bit, (but again, I realize it was the 4th of July week) also, a fire pit would be a nice add.

This was the perfect spot for our family! The dock was so close to the house and the location is convenient as well. Easy communication with the host and smooth check in process! I’d definitely book with them again!
