Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a wonderful home and location on the island. We melted into the upstairs balcony chairs upon arrival to witness one the prettiest sunsets directly across from the house. Kitchen very well appointed and beds very comfortable. We will be back for sure!

Also, the property management was friendly and available so everything went really smoothly. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful view

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home had the most gorgeous view of the ocean. The house was not very clean when we moved in, sand and food on the floors from previous tenants. Quilt on bed was dirty and needed to be washed. Only the bottom half of the freezer worked, and water and ice maker didn’t work. Needed a few more things to make a weeks stay more comfortable like another nightstand in master, more towels (gave us 1 pp), rugs all over need replacing or just thrown away. The house was in a great location and maybe one of the best views available in BHI. Management was amazing, receptive and came quickly. Property manager Aubrey and realtor Rod were super friendly and professional. Kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and outdoor shower was great. Air conditioner must have been newer bc it stayed nice and cold the entire week with no issues and had some of the hottest days. I would recommend hoping these easy things were addressed! Very peaceful.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great experience. Love the house and location. Multiple years we’ve been coming to 32 Sandpiper. As a family we prepare and eat all of our meals in the rental. As such, we would love to see more cooking accessories available for use. Such as, better sauté pans(current ones have lost their non-stick) with at least one large cooktop sauté pan, more cooking sheets, more baking casserole dishes/options.We also utilize the outdoor shower every day by multiple people. The shower head was replaced with what appeared to be an antiquated shower head that was not adjustable in any way. It was not ideal.Beach chairs: old. Some definitely need replacing

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We checked out yesterday from 32 Sandpiper and I wanted to offer some feedback for the owners. We stayed here last year and had a great time but won't be staying here in the future. The first point is on me I suppose. This was a "no pets" rental last year. We're pretty firm on that for allergy reasons for my wife and Daughter. There's no designator for that house now on the website and given there's a dog bed under the master bed, this is now clearly a "dogs welcome" home. There was dog hair everywhere. This did not translate to an awesome time for my wife and daughter. Again, on me, for while I'm pretty positive this was a dog free home last year (or at the very least was a lot cleaner) I don't see that designation on the site anymore (no descriptor either way) and just assumed it was the same.The A/C unit for the upstairs couldn't keep up. It was almost 80 degrees by mid afternoon. The downstairs did a bit better but still couldn't keep up. I get that it was hot this past week, but it wasn't very comfortable.The six seater golf cart is in need of maintenance. It speeds up and slows down to a crawl randomly with the pedal to the floor. It's usable, but barely so and very annoying.Most urgently for you all, the kitchen sink faucet is frozen stiff (won't turn left to right) but incredibly loose at the base. It needs repair before it comes loose completely. The knives in this house may as well be spoons and there's no sharpener. Only one tank of propane had fuel in it. Both now empty. The idea that this small grill could cook for nine people is laughable. It's a struggle to cook for six on that tiny thing.Hey, the view is second to none from the deck and the beds are nice, like I said, we really enjoyed ourselves last year. We had it in mind to make it a yearly thing, but we won't be staying here again.Definitely get that faucet fixed before it makes a mess.
