Kasa Maui ligger på tværs af gaden fra Sandy Beach i gåafstand til alle de bedste barer og restauranter. Vores ejendom har to lejligheder, en på hvert niveau. Vores 2. niveau Ocean View-lejlighed sover 2 voksne i vores queensize-seng med topmadras komfortabelt. Lejligheden har apparater i rustfrit stål, et fladskærms-tv og aircondition. WiFi er overalt på ejendommen, så du kan holde forbindelsen. Udenfor kan du nyde vores store lysthus og slappe af på vores hængekøjer eller Adirondack-stole. Vi leverer badehåndklæder og Tommy Bahama strandstole også. For det ultimative privatliv skal du leje begge niveauer af Kasa Maui. Du har alle de nævnte faciliteter plus har hele ejendommen til dig og dine gæster. For din ro i sindet har Kasa Maui en 16KW Whole House Automatic Backup Generator.

Had a great stay

We really enjoyed our time in Rincon. The location was very convenient, very clean, and comfortable! Especially enjoyed sitting on the upper balcony having coffee and hearing the ocean closeby. We would stay here again.

Great location and accommodations

Kasa Maui is perfect for a relaxing stay in Sandy Beach. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants, and right across the street from the beach and surf rentals. Supply beach chairs and towels, which is a really nice amenity.

Amazing

We stayed for 2 days and had an amazing time. The location its a small walk away from the beach and close to restaurants and a peaceful and quiet place. I definitely will stay here again

Perfect spot

We love this property. It’s such a great location in regards to surf spots. Not fancy, but has what you need for a good stay. Definitely will be back for a fourth time soon!

Kasa Maui Reset

Kasa Maui is awesome! Location is across from Sandy Beach, within walking distance to great restaurants, and includes great outdoor space such as a wonderful porch for morning coffee. The property manager is amazing. Our recent stay was just perfect! Can’t wait to return!

Awesome vacation rental.

We had a great time in Rincon. The condo was great. The place was very clean and Everything looked brand new. Awesome location...Loved that we could walk to Sandy Beach, although spent most of the time at Steps Beach snorkeling! We will definitely return.

Perfect little oasis

Such a sweet little spot to escape the real world. Primo location for Rincón stayers. Comfortable bed and beautiful views. Would stay again! Recommend flying into Aguadilla. Easier drive

The property was very private and was in a great location! It was a bit outdated and there was some visible wear and tear but it was affordable and soo comfortable for our getaway. A great home away from home!

Excellent stay

Casa Maui is a great find! Right across from one of the best beaches in Rincon. Tamboo is a 1 minute walk. 5 minute walk to coffee/juice bar that opens early. The apartment is very well appointed. Quality construction and furnishings.

Kasa Maui

Perfect location for all of the local breaks! Close to bars and restaurants. Can see the ocean across the street for wave checks. Could’ve used a couple more beach towels for a 5 day stay, only had 1 for each of us for the week. But other than that, perfect for what we needed!

Awesome !!!

Fantastic place to stay. Absolute 5 stars! Great location right across from Sandy Beach and close to many hot night spots yet set back from the road so at night all you hear are the tree frogs. Very clean and comfortable. All the amenities you need. The owner is very responsive and accommodating. Will definetly return. Loved it so much we extended our stay !

Right at home

Immediately felt right at home and comfortable at Kasa Maui. Had just what we needed. Appreciated the parking, beach chairs, just right accommodation for two and nice hot shower. Have stayed in Sandy Beach area in past and was glad to be steps from the beach and near Dona Lala beach, Spires and eatery and so many other nearby shops, eateries and entertainment. Morning exercise was followed by quick walk to Jake’s Coffee. Such a seamless rental, entry and exit process. Thank you!

Rincon Kasa Maui Feb. 2024

Clean, affordable, centrally located near beach, bars and restaurants. Upstairs view of the ocean. 4 day stay. Only negative was fridge and freezer were not working properly when we checked in. Had food and beverages purchased prior to check in which fortunately we were able to leave food with friends for 2 days. Management had it up and running as soon as they could. Other than that, Kasa Maui good place to stay

Always Perfection

This was our third visit to Kasa Maui. This time we stayed for 14 nights and it was great as always. The property is clean, comfortable and quiet. Sandy Beach is right across the road, so you can enjoy the sound of the waves crashing day and night. This property is perfect for those looking for paradise without having to spend a fortune. Communication with Karl was quick and easy. The electronic locks were a nice addition so we didn’t need to worry about a key to keep track of. Thanks again Karl. Hopefully we’ll see you again in a few months.

Perfect!!!

We stayed here for three nights and had a wonderful time! It was clean, comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. The property manager was extremely helpful and attentive to all of our questions. The power went out for one full day, but the emergency generator kicked right in and saved the day! The bottom floor was vacant so we had the bonus of having the whole property to ourselves. We made good use of the porch and hammocks, and walking to and from the beach was quick and easy. They even provided a cooler to put our beverages in for our beach trips. My one and only complaint is the shower temperature, as it seemed to be hard to find a constant and comfortable temperature (went from super hot to cold in seconds). I would definitely love to stay at Kasa Maui again and would easily recommend it to anyone staying in Rincon.

No frills perfection!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place, location or it’s owner. It’s not fancy but the bed was super comfy with lots of extra pillows/blankets, if you needed it. Kitchen was stocked with all the basics, although a measuring cup would have been little helpful. The coffee machine broke in my first morning but within minutes the owner responded and we got the issue resolved. It’s not fancy but it was just what I needed. I found it to be cute and simple. In terms of location, I had a challenge getting myself off the lovely porch each morning, but was able to pull myself to Sandy Beach, just 2 houses over. Beautiful beach, with surf lessons available, which I did later on the week. Really nice people, very helpful. I also ate at the local spots, Tamboo, Red Flamboyan and Casa Verde, all great and within walking distance. All in all, as a recent grad school graduate, this was the perfect spot to runway too and process the last 4 years. I look forward to returning as soon as possible.

Awesome location! Very accommodating.

I just barely got back from our stay at Kasa Maui! I stayed for four nights with my boyfriend and brother. The location was better than expected. We were right across from the beach, just needed to cross the street and pass the other side of houses/businesses and you're there (we used the Tamboo bar entrance)! You're right next to Mango Surf Shop, and Tamboo bar is across the street as well, perfect for getting drinks on the beach, taking a break from the sun for lunch, and in the evenings they have music and a beautiful rooftop area to relax by the beach as well. Having my brother with me this was more than ideal as we could leave him to relax on the porch at the apartment (he needed his beloved wifi time - teenager), and still be just across the street. Trips back from the beach to rinse off or change were a breeze as well. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! The property manager was wonderful. The only issue we had was when we arrived there were only two bath towels and two beach towels, but I called the property manager to request an additional of each for our third guest and they were there within two hours! They also were a big help in allowing us to check in earlier than the typical time, we were lucky no one had stayed prior to us so the apartment was vacant on the day we arrived. After a long night of traveling we arrived before the sun in Rincon and relaxed on the beach until around 7:30AM when the property manager was able to let us in. Jake's Java is another great spot nearby, it is a short walk up the street past Tamboo. They have great coffee and smoothies and some little breakfast snacks. Tamboo doesn't typically open until noon so this was what we did for breakfast almost everyday.

Not good for more than 2 people

1. An old property that was remodeled but the bathroom was not upgraded accordingly. 2. One bedroom that has a queen bed with a window a/c. The other room (living room/kitchen) has a futon but there is a/c in that room. The a/c in the bedroom is not strong enough AT ALL to cool down the other room. So, I let my kids sleep in the bedroom and then in the middle of the night, I woke up and slept along their feet because I couldn't sleep in the other room. 3. The futon also had bedbugs/fleas that bit me. 4. There was no handsoap in the bathroom let alone any kind of bodywash/shampoo in the shower. So, when i left, I left the almost unused handsoap, bodywash and brand new shampoo & conditioner for the next guest [I left on 27th 11 PM - so, whoever checked in on the 28th, if you saw all those items, those were my gift to you :) ] along with 2 bottles of drinking water in the refrigerator. 9. The kitchen utensils were old and dirty 10. One of the bath towels had stains (yuck) 11. There was a hair in the refrigerator. (yuck). Sorry, I won't be staying in that unit again and won't recommend any of my friend either. Advice/suggestion to the owner/management - at least please do the following: 1. Upgrade the bathroom 2. Leave fresh bath towels 3. Leave handsoap and a body wash in the bathroom 4. Change the utensils (spoon and forks...it only costs $20) 5. Make sure that the futon is bug-free 6. Put a window a/c in the other room. 7. Give some additional pillows and a comforter

We take all complaints/issues seriously and personally, we just ask that you let us know from the beginning. Telling us 6 days after check-out is impossible to resolve. There have been times we are up at 3am responding to emails/text messages from our guests getting things addressed to make sure they are happy and comfortable. Things will break or go wrong, nobody has a home that is perfect. The complaint that bothers us the most is the comment about fleas/bed bugs. We do not have them at our property. What this guest experienced were mosquitos which is common in the summer months after storms. We have been in this business a long time and even though getting a 2 star review really ruins our day, we will continue to provide a clean/safe environment for our guests. We ask anyone thinking about booking our place to look at the 35+ other reviews for an accurate assessment of our property.
