Great rental, great location for downtown and great owners. The hosts were amazing with any questions and gave great recommendations. Made our first trip to Alaska perfect!

Make sure the link you get from VRBO is correct. A link from an email they sent me went to Douglas instead of Juneau and that caused me all kinds of issues one day when I thought I had to rent a car all of a sudden. The property is near down town, up the hill. Don't be tricked by the funky address issues. Host was great, place was great, very close to town, expexct to walk up and down the hill from town.

Perfect downtown Juneau apartment

Jason and Corey were great. The place was perfect for me and nice and close to walk either downtown or to nice hiking areas!

So much we LOVED about this stay: LOVED the flat- cozy but spacious, had all the mod-cons, plus a well laid out and stocked kitchen, extra towels and nice bath. Flat was nice and quiet and we slept well. LOVED the location- blocks away from coffee, crab, halibut and nice walks. LOVED the friendliness and flexibility of Jason and Corey.

Charming and walking distance to town

This was the perfect place! Our plane was delayed but that was not an issue because we knew our place would still be there. Our place was charming being about a hundred years old but with all the modern convenience. The communication between Corey and Jason was quick and always fast. Everything was perfect. We will book again when we are in Juneau

Husband and I have been to Alaska before, and this trip, we decided to go to places we have never been to before, at least for the most part. Sitka was first on our list, and we were mostly charmed. Next on our list was Juneau. We decided that we’d like to stay in the city, and either walk, or take public transportation/Uber for places too far away to walk. This studio apartment suited us very well for that purpose, and we did lots of walking up and down the hills of Juneau. We took the city bus to the glacier stop, and walked the 1.5 miles to and from the glacier, and it was well worth it! We can also recommend the Sandpiper Cafe, which was within walking distance. A great place for breakfast or lunch, but you may need to wait for a table on weekends in the summer.Now to the hard part: We found ourselves picking apart this cute studio, even though it had so much right about it. Are there things that could be improved? Sure, but most are small. A few days after leaving, we are realizing that Juneau is just not for us. We are used to a more rural Alaska, and that’s the Alaska we love. If you are more into a busy, bustling community, and enjoy sharing it with people from all over the world getting off a cruise ship, you will be delighted, and love this charming space. Owners were kind, and replied quickly to any questions we had.

Great Accommodations for an Affordable Price

Simply put, we could not have been happier with our stay. From the very first communication with Corey to staying two nights in a beautifully appointed studio apartment, our stay in Juneau was enhanced greatly by this experience. The place is centrally located near downtown and an easy walk to everything. The studio itself was as neat as could be and had all the amenities we were looking for. Any questions or comments we had before and during the stay were promptly answered by the owners. You could not ask for more in one place. Thank you very much for making our stay in Juneau a true delight at an very affordable price.

Had a wonderful time at this Juneau! Sweet, clean, lovingly cared for studio/property perfect for our 2 night stay before our Uncruise Adventure. So cool that the house has been in the family for generations. Easy walk to restaurants, the boardwalk, museums, trails, a nice natural foods grocery, and shops. The kitchen is small but just what we needed for morning coffee/breakfast and storing snacks and leftovers. Would have been a challenge to cook a dinner in the small space, but we had not intended to do so, and went out for lovely evening meals. Jason and Corey were fantastic to work with, and have integrated many personal touches into the property. We needed help with a luggage logistics issue and they went above and beyond to solve our dilemma. On all fronts our stay was delightful, cannot recommend more highly!

It was a great apartment in a great location. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with essentials. It was very clean and communication with the host was prompt and clear. The building was secure and the neighborhood felt safe. Be prepared for a steep walk from downtown if you don’t have a car. Juneau is the best!
