Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re really glad to hear you enjoyed the cabin and found it clean and true to the photos. That means a lot to us. We sincerely apologize that our staff overlooked the washcloths. Had we known as soon as you arrived, we would have been more than happy to deliver them promptly. We also apologize for the issue with the fireplace, which we would have addressed immediately. Unfortunately, we couldn't locate your voicemail message, which caused some confusion on our end. We will review this with our team to ensure a better guest experience moving forward. We’re happy to hear you enjoyed the hot tub. That’s helpful feedback as we continue to look for ways to improve the guest experience. Thank you again for staying with us and for your thoughtful comments. We are delighted to hear you loved the cabin, and that you would stay here again! We are so sorry Mother Nature chose your area of the woods to wreak havoc during your stay and that fallen trees on the power line caused a power outage. We were relocating the couple next door due to a plumbing problem and that's when we first learned of the outage in your area. We are glad you communicated with our after-hours emergency contact who advised there were approximately 300 homes without power in your area and that the power company forecasted it would take an additional 1 1/2 hours for the repair. We also enjoyed the nice communication with you via text as you departed for home. We appreciate your feedback and hope you will return to stay again in the future!
