DreamView on the Hill is an amazing place to stay. It was spacious, clean, and had a Caribbean vibe with the decor. The hosts were amazing and we got to St. John slightly early and they allowed us to check in. The villa had all the amenities we could need to stay comfortably and had tons of additional beach accessories available for use. The birds and critters at night were amazing to listen to and the view was amazing. I highly recommend this place and would likely book this villa again when I return for another vacation on the beautiful island of St. John. The location was excellent and close to Cruz Bay and other wonderful places like the Windmill Bar and Shambles.

This house is an amazing place to stay on St. John. The views are out of this world. Plenty of space for our group of 6 to spread out with 3 bedrooms and multiple decks. We all loved the screen porch at night. The location makes it feel like you’re out in a remote tropical area, but it’s really only a few minutes by car to Cruz Bay and so close to the Windmill bar (must stop there!). Excellent location. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed including beach gear and extra snorkels. It’s such a gorgeous, unique spot and I’d 100% recommend. The hosts are responsive and very helpful with info about the island and any questions. Don’t hesitate, book this house!

Beautiful view and frog night chorus

Fantastic house and welcoming host Tom highly responsive to all queries. Easy access to concrete parking area off of main road. Stunning view. Well equipped kitchen and grill area. amazing creatures on property including birds frogs and an iguana. Appreciated chairs snorkel gear and coolers for beach trips. You do walk through a bedroom to access bathroom and then another bedroom but the back bedroom also can be accessed via the outside deck so not an issue Our family had a great holiday stay

The Living Room and Kitchen area does not have A/C. The Living Room could have more comfortable furniture or a couch. As a family, we could not spend more time together because we all retired to our rooms where the mini split A/C was. The area around the property is wild. Property could use a good exterior cleaning of grass weeds. View is great but lack of AC is an issue. We tried to use the oven and it made the kitchen and living room too hot.

The living room and kitchen are designed as open-air spaces, with double sliding doors that can be opened to enjoy the island breezes. Dream View is the perfect name!

This home had everything we desire in a vacation rental! The 4 of us had privacy with the 2 bedrooms on either side of the living room and our own balconies. We prepared many meals together in the well-equipped kitchen, and we used the screened in room each night to have the outdoor feel without worrying about bug bites. Watching the sunset from the balconies and gazing at the stars each night was another highlight that this home offered. Tom and Michelle were so kind and easy to work with. It's evident that this home was rebuilt with love. We'll be back!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this home and couldn’t recommend it more highly. The views from the balcony are stunning—the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a beach day.The location is ideal: close to all the beaches on the island and just minutes from great restaurants and dining options, making it easy to explore everything St. John has to offer.The house itself is like new, beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, which made cooking at home easy and enjoyable. We were especially impressed by how well-equipped the house is for beach days—chairs, snorkeling masks and fins, coolers, and noodles were all provided, so we didn’t need to bring or rent anything.Most importantly, Thomas and Michelle are exceptional hosts. They were very responsive, helpful, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect.This place truly has it all—location, comfort, views, and outstanding hosts. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone visiting St. John!
