Aspen Grove Getaway is the upper level of the townhome. The lower level of the townhome is also available as a vacation rental (see our Wild Flower listing.)

Enter into the open-concept living room, which branches off into the kitchen and dining area on one side and the master bedroom suite on the other.

A queen bedroom sits just off the entryway next to a full bath. The washer and dryer are located across the hall.

Curl up and watch TV in the living room, which features a gas fireplace and sleeper sofa.

The kitchen is equipped with full-size appliances and cooking essentials, including a gas stove, and the adjacent dining area can seat six. The door from the kitchen leads out to the private deck, which features a propane grill for guest use.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, an ensuite full bath, and a walk-in closet.

This unit is part of the The Bobcat Ridge HOA which means guests need to abide by HOA rules and regulations. There is absolutely no smoking, inside or out, anywhere in the complex. The units are in close proximity to each other.

Please be aware that you are among the locals who work and quiet hours are strictly enforced after 9 p.m.

WHAT WE PROVIDE:

To help you settle in, we provide a complimentary starter kit packed with the essentials. Inside, you will find an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, an extra roll of paper towels in the kitchen, two to three garbage bags, sample-sized shampoo and conditioner, and a small bar of soap. We also include two to three laundry powder packs (if applicable), four to five dishwashing pods (if applicable), and liquid dish soap. Think of this handy kit as your vacation launchpad! If you run out of these items during your visit, you will just need to pick up or bring along your own additional supplies.
