The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and all of the small appliances you'll need. The property is well equipped with pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes, glassware, flatware, etc.! You'll love the coastal color scheme in this beautiful room. The Sand Dollar bedroom has private access to the second bathroom which includes a tiled shower and beautiful modern vanity area.

The Tides Away 2nd guest bedroom offers two full sized beds with high thread count linens and a very own flat screen TV of it's own. Plenty of storage and access to the 3rd bathroom. The bathroom features a second walk in shower and a single vanity. This bathroom is shared with the great room area.

All bedrooms include large flat screen TVs, with streaming TV! All beds have high thread count luxury bed linens. Fluffy high quality bathroom towels, and kitchen towels are all included, you'll feel right at home! Free high speed internet access is provided for your convenience and enjoyment.

Parking is available directly in front of your building and throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. Parking passes purchased by guests on line in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.

The beachfront Lagoon Pool is 11,500 square feet of pure pleasure with four beachfront hot tubs. There are restaurants and a bar located nearby, too. There are plenty of pool lounges for relaxing by the pool. For an additional charge, you can rent a Select Pool Lounge Set or a poolside Cabana with all the luxury amenities. The kids splash pad is available for and additional charge as well. Each Tower and Leeward/Windward has its own private beachfront pool and hot tub. The Villas have pools and hot tubs, too. There are a total of 12 pools at Edgewater.

On-site services include Ocean's Bar & Grill beachfront restaurant that also offers room service and poolside dining, pizza shop, poolside bar and Edgie's beach store with Starbucks and ice cream (small shops are seasonal).

Your vacation rental is professionally cleaned and maintained. We provide starter supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, sample size soap/shampoo/conditioner, dishwasher and laundry detergent. Please add these to your shopping list if you are staying longer than a couple of days. Housekeeping is managed by our staff, and all properties are double-inspected for quality assurance. We follow CDC guidelines for cleaning your vacation rental prior to arrival. We disinfect all high touch surfaces. We clean all hard surface floors with high temperature steam mops. Our laundry is professionally laundered including high temperature washing. Once our housekeeping staff finishes cleaning and disinfecting, our inspectors check everything.
