This stunning condo is your perfect getaway, designed to capture the most amazing sunsets.

Accommodating up to 8 guests, our condo features a King Master bedroom for two guests, with ensuite bathroom. The guest room also features a King bed that sleeps two guests. The master boasts a luxurious tile walk-in shower, while the second guest bedroom offers a convenient tub/shower combo connected directly to the bedroom. The new living room furniture includes a queen sleeper sectional w/ gel mattress that comfortably sleeps two total guests. The bunk area is perfect for children, making this condo ideal for families.

The condo’s kitchen and dining area are designed for both cooking and entertaining. Equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, oven/stove top, and dishwasher, you have everything you need to prepare meals. The spacious dining room table and bar seating are perfect for family dinners or game nights. Additionally, the unit includes a washer and dryer and offers free Wi-Fi for your convenience.

Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is centrally located along Panama City Beach, offering easy access to numerous amenities. As the only full-service resort in the area, Edgewater features a par-3 executive golf course, basketball hoops, pickleball, shuffleboard, and tennis facilities. This was by far the nicest, cleanest condo we've rented so far. The view and location was amazing. My only complaint is that we tried to extend our stay by one day but were unable to as the condo was already booked. I can't wait to stay in this condo again. No other condo compares. We're officially spoiled!

Great view. Walking up two flights of steps and stepping across the hall to the room was a big bonus. The elevators work but this was far more convenient. The girls (ages 10 and 7) loved the bunk beds in the nook by the kitchen. The property has recently been remodeled. Everything was fresh, modern and convenient.

Memorial Weekend

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The second-floor location was perfect with easy and convenient access to the beach. The condo was extremely clean, modern, and beautifully maintained. The beds were very comfortable, and the whole place felt cozy and relaxing. It had everything we needed for a great vacation, from a well-stocked kitchen to thoughtful amenities throughout. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable beach getaway!

It was great..... looks as good in person as in the pics!

This was a girl beach trip so we loved full view of water, loved all the updates inside, loved the little twin bed area, loved the second floor location in the building....out the door and to the beach!! We all agreed to go back and stay there again!

Perfect, quick getaway!

Perfect Stay

We loved this property. Being on the second floor next to the staircase was so convenient and allowed us to bypass the overcrowded elevators! Everything was clean and updated. My family would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Paradise perfection!

There were so many things to love about this beautifully decorated condo. The living room was thoughtfully arranged to comfortably accommodate at least eight people. The balcony had sturdy seating for four. The kitchen layout was great; spacious enough for multiple people to cook or move around. The beds were super comfortable. The bathroom had a walk-in shower with a wood stool in the primary. The secondary had a tub which families with younger children would need. The host was readily available and quick to respond when I had a question. We vacation at the beach at least twice a year and this is now my favorite condo. I’ve never saved a listing to use for future trips but this time I did.

STAY HERE!!

Just returned from a stay at this condo and can’t state enough how wonderful it was and how clean, organized, functional and beautiful it was. The location is perfect and the support staff super responsive. I never leave reviews but this place is exceptional, BOOK IT! You won’t be disappointed!

We had a wonderful stay and the condo was perfect for us.

This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo was perfect for our family. It was very clean and updated. Our favorite spot was the 2 chairs that are by the window looking out at the Gulf. Unfortunately the weather wasn't that great so we didn't get to enjoy all the outside amenities but we will definitely keep this in mind again when we are in the area.

Relaxing & Beautiful

We had a great stay overall and would definitely consider coming back. The property was extremely clean and well-maintained, and the view was absolutely beautiful—one of the highlights of the trip. Having a full kitchen was very convenient, and the private beach access made the experience even more relaxing and enjoyable. The only downsides were related to some added costs and small inconveniences. For the price, we were a bit surprised to have to pay extra for a parking pass and also provide our own basic essentials like trash bags, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, and laundry soap. Additionally, the dryer required multiple cycles to fully dry clothes, which was a little frustrating. I have recommended to a few friends already and would definitely come back!

Cozy beach vibes and views that can’t be beat

The outside is quite deceiving. The buildings are a bit ran down, but still very functional. Once you walk into the condo you immediately feel like you are at the beach. Huge windows and a balcony with great views, perfect to watch the dolphins every morning.

Updated and super clean

We enjoyed the location of our unit. The kitchen fully stocked, all appliances worked well. Bathrooms were large enough. Bunks comfy. Plenty of linens. Lovely decor. When we arrived the pool heater was broken for our tower which wasn’t fun, it was fixed the last two days of our week long stay.
