Great place to stay. Quiet and secluded with lots of nature sounds. Need to included that the property has a long dirt, gravel community driveway.

We wanted to do some hiking and kayaking at Red River and this was the perfect home for us to do all those things. The home was very clean and well managed. The jets on one side of the hot tub did not work, but it was no big deal. The views from the back deck were amazing, and we were very happy with our stay.

We can confirm the jets do work, and need to be turned clockwise at the jets underwater. They can all be turned off individually if a person does not want them on. Perfect cabin for three couples. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom! Kitchen was well stocked. The cabin is beautifully decorated, and the furniture was perfect for a group of six.

Final 1/2 mile to the property is gravel with lots of potholes and some of the directions are not clear. Place was nice. Had a problem with ac but the host was responsive. Porch and view are wonderful. Note that this is advertised as 4 bedroom. But what you have are 2 very nice master bedrooms with full bathrooms on the main floor, one on each side of the cabin and an open loft with stair case above the bedroom on each side. Open loft on one side was game room with hide a bed and 1/2 bath, other side of cabin had bed and full bath. We made it work, but not as expected. Short distance to everything Red River has to offer.

We understand your comments regarding the road and bedroom layout as well. We do our best to keep the listing as transparent as possible about the layout of the cabin, including photos and details showing the bedrooms and open loft spaces, so guests can get a good understanding of the setup before booking. The final stretch of road is gravel, and our team works to have it regraded seasonally as conditions require. We appreciate you choosing RRG Getaways and are glad you were able to enjoy the convenient location and everything the Red River Gorge has to offer!

Amazing stay

Everyone loved this cabin!!! It was the perfect size and the views were just breath taking! We don’t often come back to the same place twice but all agreed we would do this trip again and again.

Quick getaway

This place was very clean and tidy. There was ample space for all 8 of us ranging from kids to senior adults. Great place for a quiet getaway. It is a place we would stay at again!

Amazing view

Our stay was simply perfect. House was described accurately and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Hot tub was awesome and had a great view. Would highly commend this location for privacy and quite time.

Lovely property

We loved our stay. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The views are lovely. Be sure to grab any essentials before you arrive because the area is very remote. Would definitely recommend.

Family Get-Away

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful mountain home. The view from the back deck was absolutely stunning and the sunrise over the gorge was a wonderful welcome to the day. We had two adult couples and two teenagers and there was plenty of room for everyone to hang out eat and sleep. It had an excellent location and allowed us to easily access all of the nearby, hiking and parks. It was an absolute pleasure to stay in this comfortable and clean house.
