This condo has a large fully equipped and a large dining table perfect for enjoying family meals with a gorgeous view of the Gulf. The large master suite enjoys a whirlpool tub, and the guest bath features a custom tile and glass separate shower. Relax in the spacious living room that offers a sectional sleeper providing more sleeping space for a larger group. It also has a king bed in the master, two queens in the second bedroom, and two twins in the third bedroom.

**Please note we provide an initial starter kit of soap, a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a trash bag for each can, Clorox wipes, complimentary dish and laundry pods, dish soap and a sponge so please pack accordingly!

Please note - You will receive one parking pass included with your reservation. An additional parking pass will need to be purchased on the link provided to you in an email and text message. They are $55 plus tax and processing fees for each pass.

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00.
