Located on the quiet, West end of Kingston Road in 30A's most storied community is Starfish Cottage. This newly renovated, one-of-a-kind home wraps around your own private pool and courtyard area. If you're looking for the ultimate combination of privacy and luxury, look no further!

As you pull into the private drive, you can't miss the signature iron starfish hanging on tall, arched, wood, glass and iron doors that welcome you into your oasis. Upon entry, you'll immediately notice why this will become a yearly getaway destination: straight ahead is the pool, while the home wraps around either side with full glass doors and windows that keep the space light, airy, and open. Throughout the home you'll find soft whites, and cool beach tones of blue and green - the epitome of a coastal dream home.

With six bedrooms in the main house, there is plenty of room for immediate and extended family! On one side of the home, you'll find a King-sized guest bedroom, expansive living and dining areas, a full kitchen with state of the art appliances and features, and a bunk room complete with cozy lounge chairs for the kids to hang out in after a long day at the beach. Additionally, the laundry room is conveniently located right off of the kitchen. Walking back toward the front of the house, you'll notice a full outdoor kitchen and covered patio off of the pool area to comfortably accommodate family and friends while the grill master serves your favorite BBQ! In the opposite wing of the house, you'll find privacy in two more large, en suite bedrooms. If you arrive back at the house drained by the sun after a fun-filled day with the kids, take the elevator to the second floor, located just next to the stairs! On the second floor is another guest bedroom with two Queen-sized beds, and across the hall a breathtaking master suite. The bathroom features a double vanity, shower, and massive tub to soak away the salt from a hot day at the beach. Outside of the suite is a comfortable living area, perfect for a morning cup of coffee, or afternoon cocktail while overlooking the pool and courtyard.

Pool can be heated October 1st through May 1st for an additional fee.
This home requires a 7-night stay during summer and spring break, Saturday to Saturday.
Please note: The cottage connects to the carriage house using a catwalk that will be off limits unless you've rented both the cottage and carriage house.
