Amazing home! The location can’t be beat! Literally 3 houses down the block to the beach access. Walking to Rosemary was super easy as well. The golf cart was an added bonus. Beds were so comfortable and plush. We had 7 ladies on this trip so everyone had their own space and bathroom. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Beautiful home, close to the beach, and very easy to communicate with management. We really enjoyed the home- it was exceptionally clean and had very nice amenities. There are good views from the house, and the multiple decks provided hours of relaxation. The beach was less than a 5 minute walk. We had to reach out to management a few times, and every time they were extremely prompt in both response and solution. Just FYI before coming- beach/pool towels are not included, and there is an extra daily fee to heat the pool. Overall, the home was beautiful and clean, the amenities were very nice, and the location was great!

Everything was perfect ; however, being that we have stayed at numerous beach houses over the years - this one was the least set up for the beach - I.e beach towels, beach chairs etc as it is hard to travel by plane from all over the country and try packing those items as well. Most of the beach chairs that were not locked up were broken - an umbrella that had a bottom missing. Other than that the place was perfect

This house is better than expected! We fell in love once we finally got into the property. We were given garage codes but no door codes and the management firm was tied up with others resulting in groceries being delivered and staged in the driveway and porch and the cleaning crew still on site finally caving and allowing us access using there code. Checkin could be better. However the golf cart, pool, laundry on all floors were all great assets to the house! We had an excellent time and looked into booking again for our trip in August but we were bummed to learn it was already sold out! See you next year 310!!

The house was perfect for our group ranging in age from 4 to 76. The golf cart was nice to have. Although the beach was only 2 blocks it was nice to be able to drop off all the supplies. It turned out that there were beach chairs, umbrellas and toys in the garage. Also look in the cabinet under the tv in the great room for puzzles. Of course the kids loved the pool especially when it was lit up at night. We had a hibachi chef come to the house one night and there were even fold up tables and some chairs in the garage that we used for that. Having a washer and dryer on each floor made keeping up with the laundry a piece of cake! We loved this house!!
