Christina. Thank you so much for your stay and for being a great and courteous guest. Please come back soon. Michael

Chelsey Thank you for your review. First let me address the smoke detector. When you wrote me initially you said it went off but when you reduced the heat it stopped. I believed at Thai point it was resolved, when you wrote me again at 11pm the next day I responded and I didn't hear back from you. I did write you the next morning and asked if I could address anything for you and you didn't respond. I understand you were going through recovery. My apologies but I would not just enter the home I needed your response and permission to come in. In terms of the tree trimming. This is done by ONCOR the power company and it was just by the unit but around the corner. There is no way for me to know or affect their schedule for tree limb cutting. I hope you were disturbed too much and I apologize for these events. Please NEXT TIME just call me directly on the phone and I will be at the unit to remedy anything you may need addressed. Thank you for your business. Michael

Rena, Thank you for your kind words. I am so glad you enjoyed your stay. I welcome you and your family back soon. Michael

Kerry. It was a pleasure to have you stay and I am glad you and your wife enjoyed the property. It was kind of nice that the iron needed to be replaced as it tested our same day service on these type of requests. It seems like it worked as we planned and prep'd. We hope you come back soon. Best, Michael

It's easy to be a great host with great guests like yourself!!

Kimberly, Thank you for your kind words. We really feel that you and your group are our ideal client. The house works well for the size of your group and the area is well suited to your needs and what you would like to see. The East side of Downtown Dallas is going through a total revitalization. New restaurants and housing units are opening each week, and the city leadership is looking to expand Downtown further east and bring a vibrant city life to the area. We are lucky and in an ideal location as we benefit from the new cultural and entertainment opportunities that provide guests of the condo something exciting to do each day and night of their stay. We hope you will be back soon. Best, Michael

Minsun, Thank you for your business and for your review. Dallas is growing by leaps and bounds. There is significant construction in progress on new bridges heading to the West side of town. This does affect traffic from Downtown across the Trinity river and it can be hectic at rush hour. The condo's bathroom set up is as you describe. Most people seem to enjoy the solitude of the middle floor. The privacy afforded to the facilities due to them being away from the gathering space has its benefits :). I have had many families stay at the unit. They ranged from families with infants to teenagers. They are welcome to put up gates if needed and many have. All the families have raved about the convenience of the condo to Downtown and the Science Museum/Arts District etc. I think most guests will find that the unit works well for both young and old, singles and families alike. Thanks again and I hope you hurry back soon. Best, Michael
