When looking to book a place at OOB we look for proximity to the beach and cleanliness. This location is top-notch for both. Literally a 2 minute walk to the beach.Cons:Loud roadside and railroad throughout the night. No kitchen towels were providedEating utensils are comically tiny. Overall, great place to stay. All information was automatically sent via email Had to change the dates of stay months before, host was very helpful. Recommend 4.5 out of 5 stars.

We had a great time staying here for our trip to old Orchard Beach. We had enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our three adults and five kids. Walking two minutes down to the beach was wonderful. We just drove our car down to the path, dropped everything off and took the car back to the parking lot. it was an easy walk into the center of town also. We liked that it was about a half mile down the beach from the pier so our part of the beach was not as crowded. We had a wonderful time. Thanks. We would stay here again.

We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your stay. We recently invested in fresh paint, brand-new flooring throughout, and a new stove, and we strive to offer a clean, comfortable space at a very competitive rate for the beach. Our goal is always to exceed expectations, and we regret that we fell short for you. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve our guests’ experience.

The location of this condo to the beach can't be beat. It is a short, easy walk down the street. It is about a 15 minute walk to the Pier. The outside table and chairs were great to sit in the afternoon, however the awning that is in the listing photos is no longer there. Some of the outlets didn't work in one of the bedrooms, but an extension cord was provided so we could have enough outlets for the AC unit and our phones. The host was very responsive when I called about the outlets, which was appreciated. The kitchen is small, but the dishwasher and fridge were new and worked great. Plenty of cabinet space. There is a coffee maker with filters, no Keurig. I would recommend bringing pillows, there are just enough for each person to have one and they were very flat. Towels were provided, and there were plenty. It was nice to have the washer and dryer in the unit for our swimsuits and towels every day. Overall, it is a dated unit; it could use some updating to fix outlet issues and make it more modern but the location can't be beat.

Beachfront OOB vacation rental

Vbro didn’t give us the correct address on the confirmation email. We arrived very late and we’re searching for the unit up and down the street at midnight which was an interesting way to start the vacation. We have a large family and the unit was big enough for us. It was fairly clean and homey in the old Orchard Beach sort of way. The location was the best part. Very close to the beach and well located in the town.. not sure if I would choose to stay in this unit again, but if it were the only option… I would.

Great location for Old Orchard Beach fun.

Steps from the beach and only a little over half a mile from the pier fun. It is an older property and the beds are not the most comfy but we really enjoyed our stay.

Family getaway

The rooms were a little dated but comfortable. Close to the beach and the Pier area. Our stay was great and we would definitely stay there again and recommend to others. Ryan was very accommodating and answered any texts very quickly which was refreshing..

Cleaning fee should be refunded

I never expect a beach apartment to be spotless, however the bathroom mats were still wet from the previous tenant and the shower curtains, bath tub walls and the bathroom floors had a layer of dirt (not sand) left from at least a month of use. We spent the first day just cleaning the bathrooms and kitchen area. Good location, nice setup. I liked the porch with the table and chairs. All appliances were updated and in good condition. Kitchen was well stocked with small utensils and appliances.

Great spot close to the beach!

Great communication with property owner. Good amount of space. And a block from the beach and so close to the boardwalk!! That was the best part of the location :). One downside is the spot is right on the main street so it was a bit noisy on Saturday night after the bars let out and the train tracks are right there so that caused some nighttime noise. We didnt mind it but something to consider if you need quiet at night!
