Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear that the cabin itself was outstanding and met your accessibility needs. We would like to clarify the circumstances surrounding your arrival. When you contacted our on-call team regarding what you believed to be a road closure, we attempted to provide an alternate route, but unfortunately you were unable to locate the road provided. After you were pulled over and spoke with a local police officer, our team continued assisting you. At approximately 2:00 a.m., because you were unable to navigate to your reserved cabin, we located an alternate cabin that you were able to find so you would have accommodations for the night. The following day, our team personally went to the area to inspect the reported road closure. The cabin was accessible and we were happy to get you moved. We’re glad you were then able to locate the cabin and that it provided the accessibility and accommodations you needed. We understand that the temporary accommodations were not ideal for your needs. Given the circumstances, late hour, and difficulty navigating the area, our on-call team made every effort available to assist you and ensure you had a safe place to stay for the night. We appreciate your feedback and are pleased that you ultimately enjoyed the property.
