Yosemite Forks/Bass Lake - Sugar Pine Retreat

Ultimate family retreat!! This mountain home is nestled in the stunning Sierra Nevada mountains, only a quick drive away from both Yosemite National Park, Bass Lake, and Chukchansi Casino.
The space:
Create memorable moments on your vacation. It provides an ideal combination of outdoor exploration and serenity, offering ample opportunities for hiking, fishing, and water sports. Be sure to catch a glimpse of the night sky and locate your favorite star. The home features a fully-equipped kitchen, three cozy bedrooms, and comfortable furnishings. With its convenient location near Yosemite and Bass Lake, this vacation home promises an unforgettable mountain retreat.

Rooms:
The master bedroom has a private bathroom with dual sinks, shower, and throne room. There is a walk-in closet for storing your things. A 48" smart TV is connected to the home wifi and available for you to connect a device to. The second bedroom (the Bear Room) has two double beds and a walk-in closet. The third bedroom has a queen bed and closet. The home is a 3-bed, 2-bth (sleeps 8) house with large common areas. The kitchen is fully-equipped to cook those home-cooked meals. There is a grill on the back porch to cater to your BBQing needs. The living room is open and bright with a beautiful view on pine trees and mountains. it has a 55" smart TV with Roku device and DVD player. You will find a convenient laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer to take care of all your laundry needs. The backyard features a delightful outdoor space where you can swing and enjoy a lovely picnic.

The retreat is surrounded by a plethora of outdoor activities, recreation options, and opportunities for relaxation and fun! You will have full access to the entire house, as well as the outdoor space, to enjoy and make the most of your time.

Yosemite National Park (south gate) is 13 miles North of our house. Be sure to take the stunning drive.

Bass Lake is about 7 miles Southeast of our house. Bass Lake has restaurants/bars, boat rentals, hiking, biking, swimming and (depending on water levels in the lake) beaches.

Nedler Giant Tree Grove is 6 miles away. This is a beautiful scenic drive from the house and currently has about 65 mature sequoias mixed in a forest of pine, fir and cedar.

Shuteye Ridge (Sierra National Forest) is great for climbing and about 30 miles away. The ridge is 9 miles long and 4 miles wide above Bass Lake and North Fork. There are two summits only a couple feet taller than the other.

Downtown Oakhurst is a very short 10 minute drive from the house. It is a small town with many options for food and groceries.

Other things to note
Pets are welcome with prior approval from the owner. However, please not that cats are not allowed. If you plan on bringing a pet, there is a one-time pet cleaning fee of $60, and a maximum of two pets are allowed. Before booking, please inform me if you intend to bring your pet(s) and agree to the pet policy.

Please confirm the pet(s) you are brining are not aggressive, are fully potty trained, will not attach or hurt other animals, have not bitten nor are prone to biting people or animals.

Pet(s) will never be left alone in home for an extended time (1 hour Max). Your pet will never be inside home wet, muddy or dirty. Pet(s) will be clean and dry.

Pet(s) does not chew, tear or destroy water lines, furniture, carpet, remotes, etc.

You will clean up all feces immediately, bag and throw into outdoor trash dumpster.

Your pet(s) will never be left tied up outside.

You will follow all local pet laws in the area.

You agree to take 100 percent responsibility for our pet and affirm your pet is and will be in compliance with these rules and meet the criteria described.

You agree to pay any damages incurred by your pet immediately upon request and proof of damage.

Please be aware that bringing additional pets beyond what was confirmed in your reservation or bringing undisclosed pets to the property without prior approval will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without any refund.
