Newly renovated 2-bedroom apartment in Stamford, just minutes away from downtown and within walking distance to numerous restaurants, Ridgeway Shopping Center, coffee shops, and bus lines. This apartment features two bedrooms, one bath, and a spacious living room with an indoor fireplace. Access to the apartment requires climbing two flights of stairs.

As our guest, we kindly request that you are considerate of our neighbors by keeping noise levels low in the hallways and stairs. Please note that this rental is not suitable for parties or loud social gatherings. We want all guests to enjoy their stay without causing disruptions to others, and strict rules are in place to ensure a peaceful environment throughout your visit.

Please refrain from allowing pets on the furniture, as excessive fur may result in a dry cleaning fee. Additionally, early check-in and late check-out options are available for a fee of $30 each. Thank you for your cooperation, and we hope you have a pleasant stay!

Stamford unit a nice getaway place to stay

The unit was set up very nicely for a small family get away with dogs. The kitchen area was well equipped and clean, as was the bathroom. The beds were comfortable. The public room with the sectional couch was especially nice to sit in and visit. The air conditioning worked well during the heat dome. i would recommend and stay there again.

Great location.

Overall we had a great trip. Property a little worn but very clean. Great water pressure and air conditioning worked great. Towels could use an update. Stairs no issue for us. Property owner very responsive and entry instructions were very clear. So nice to be able to bring our dog.

Nice and clean (with low fragrances) little place with a great shower… Note that bedroom windows face a very busy and noisy road that only slows down for a few hours in the middle of the night. No extra bedding, coffee filters, small pan or tea kettle. Could use fragrance free dish soap :-)

Cold stay

We unfortunately in town for a funeral.a Positive was we were able to check in early to get changed and make it on time THANK YOU. However, It was very cold one of the bedrooms windows was open about 1” the window was broken and would not close.. we stay with VRBO with all our travel's and have had great experiences. The unit was clean, the beds comfortable but having to use the portable heater to try and heat up to a comfortable temp was a negative. It was 52 degrees in the unit… Not to mention it was end of November. Not many amenities to accommodate. We would not stay here again.

It's ok

I have a bad knee my hubdan bad fooyt. And 22 year old is having surgery Tuesday. I believe it should have told about all the stairs. It was clean and nice. But won't stay again we are old.

Won’t stay here again

Pros: Check in was easy, the layout was as pictured and it is a convenient location. Cons: The biggest issue we had was with the door to the apartment. While it had a keyless entry deadbolt, it did not have a door knob. The door did not close unless it was locked and you needed two hands to lock it. The lock didn’t line up properly, so you had to hold the door in place while the deadbolt turned. The lock jammed and our dog was able to get out. Luckily he only got into the laundry room, and not outside. We’ve stayed in quite a few rentals with him, and have never had an issue with him getting out or issues with closing a door. There was no hand soap in the bathroom or kitchen area, so we bought some ourselves. The heating system was odd, it worked, but the windows were quite drafty and they had a sing to not turn it up more than a few degrees, but did provide space heaters, which are not ideal with a dog around. A few of the blinds were broken, including in the bedroom that faces a busy road. The closet had a piece of drywall that was cut out and just pushed into place, not secured/patched. We’re in the area often visiting family, and despite the price, it still wasn’t worth the money, and we won’t be staying here again.
