It was wonderful from the moment we stepped into the condo! It was extremely clean and so well equipped for our stay! From the starter supplies to the linens and the beach equipment in the closet... top notch. We were impressed with how prepared for our stay the property was. The personal beach access was what sold me most on the booking and we were not disappointed. It was so convenient. We enjoyed easily going from balcony to the beach. The pier is also close and we enjoyed walks there for ice cream and the arcade in the evening. The location is wonderful. I hope to return again.

Great family vacation!

We were able to get away for a short break with our son and daughter in law and the Salty Mermaid fit the bill! The hosts were easy to contact, especially when we had a couple of questions come up. It is located right on the beach with terrific access. We loved sitting on the deck and watching the dolphins go by! Enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful Condo with amazing view!

This was our first time staying in this area and we absolutely loved the condo! Porch is so nice and seems private even is the busy area. Everything is updated and the owners were very quick to answer a question I had while staying there. We would absolutely book again if we come back to this area!

Perfect place for a beach getaway.

We had a fantastic stay at this beachside condo! The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from the sand with easy access from the back of the unit, and a quick walk to the pool as well. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made meals a breeze. One of our favorite features was the porch—it was the perfect spot to start the day with coffee and wind down in the evening with a cocktail. The owners went above and beyond by providing a closet full of beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and even boogie boards for the kids and adults :) , which made our stay even more enjoyable. A wonderful spot for families looking for a relaxing and convenient beach get away.

Disrespectful tenants

Stay was fine until final 2 evenings. The walls are very thin and noise can be heard from main front hallway and overhead. Unfortunately several families moved in and let the children run wild over every floor. I had to leave much earlier than expected as the parents seemed hostile when confronted.
