Amazing

We had an amazing stay at this property. It was a short walk to the beach and amazing restaurants. It was also a quick ride to downtown Charleston and very easy to get an Uber!

Great house, great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect. Everything we needed was there and everything worked. The pool was perfect, some mentioned it was dirty when they got there but that’s a given. The pool cleaner arrived the 2nd day we were there, a few hours later it had some stuff in it already it’s unavoidable but there are tools available to use. The AC worked perfect, beds were ok, definitely not hotel level but good enough to sleep on. All TVs are smart tv. Only thing was bathtub drain upstairs in the hallway was slow to drain, but no one complained about it.

Thanks so much for your comments. We are glad you enjoyed your stay. Thank you for letting us know of the slow drain. That has since been taken care of. We hope to see you again soon.

Beautiful location. Close to many things. 3 min walk to beach🌸

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ll be honest, this is the most I’ve ever paid for a rental. The pool was wonderful. Clean and we loved the salt system. The house was beautiful but we certainly had some issues once we settled in. There was no soap at the kitchen sink. No salt and pepper and not a single hair dryer in the entire house. And the beds had issues... the memory foam bed on the main level was terribly uncomfortable. Two of the queen beds had plastic covering on the box springs. It doesn’t breathe... only two washer pods for a weeks stay... only one kitchen towel... really??? The bathrooms were clean and great! We loved the back porch. Parts of the property were a home run. Other parts were a huge disappointment. I believe you can and should do better! We loved the back porch and the pool!! Great location, furniture is very used, few amenities, very clean, pool was spotless, no interaction with management company. Update this place and it’d be amazing! A five star!!

Great Escape

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was in great condition and in a great location. It allowed for a nice home base for family that were either hitting the beach, going for a run or just hanging out at the pool. Very comfortable and easy. We were an easy run to Harris Teeters or to local restaurants

Nice place, good location

The pool was our favorite aspect of the property, by far. It's a simple, small pool but new tile and artificial turf and beautiful trees and landscaping. Large home was plenty big enough for the seven of us. It's an easy walk to the beach and about a mile walk to stores and restaurants. Easy drive to places in both directions. Only negatives were the microwave did not work and took me awhile to find the garbage cans...and we had to endure Tropical Storm Debbie. Definitely recommend this property to others.

Nice home

Nice home and everything was clean except for the master shower upstairs. There was black mold in it and it needed a thorough cleaning. Would go back but I would prefer to not clean the shower in the future. Family also liked the house and wants to go back

Gorgeous house

The house was really pretty and matches the listing exactly. We enjoyed the pool and the screened in porch a lot, and the short walk to the beach. The check in process was not very clear, we did not know that we needed to go to the office to check in. There were also several dirty dishes in the cabinet with food on them. We did not have enough towels, paper towels, or trash bags for the number of guests that we booked for.

Thank you for your feedback—we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry to hear that the check-in process wasn’t as clear as it should have been. A confirmation email with all the necessary details is sent after booking, but we’ll take a closer look to ensure everything is clearly communicated moving forward. Regarding the starter supplies, we include that information in the property description to help set expectations before booking, but we’ll also review that section to make sure it’s as helpful as possible. We’ve also addressed your note about the dishes with our housekeeping team to ensure closer inspection going forward. If there’s anything else we can do to improve your stay, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We look forward to seeing you again soon!

Fantastic House for Family with Little Ones

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of four stayed for a week and it was the perfect set up for a family with a 2 year old and a six month old. Easy view of the living room from the kitchen to watch playing, a great fenced in backyard with astroturf and saltwater pool. Just a 5 min walk to the beach. The porch furniture could use some updating (one broken chair and the rug is starting to curl on the edges), but it is otherwise the ideal spot for a cup of coffee in the morning. We would absolutely stay again!

Great House!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great stay at this house! Newly remodeled and everything was really nice. Walk to the beach is accurate, about 4 mins. Easy walk! Even with the couple negatives below we would stay again!Couple negatives:We noticed a bad smell when we checked in. The garbage disposal was full of fish/shrimp that had started to spoil. Please alert cleaning crew.We did not receive our check in code. We called the realty company at 5:05 and they said that they had sent it a while ago which we did not. We obviously killed a lot of time that we could have spent in the house.Microwave had no power upon arrival. Island Realty responded quickly and brought a loaner down to us.Upstairs AC cannot keep up, especially during the dayThe kitchen was not as outfitted as well as previous properties we have stayed in. Some non stick skillets would be awesome!

Family Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the house and of size of the house. We really enjoyed the screened in porch and pool. Although the 3rd street beach access was the closest, we preferred the 5th street access which was easiest with a beach wagon and a toddler. The walk to this access was under 10 minutes. The house was very close to the "downtown" area of Isle of Palm, Sullivan Island, Mount Pleasant and Shem Creek. Perfect vacation home for us!
