WELCOME TO SEA-NIC BLISS! STYLISH CONDO IN BEAUTIFUL CARILLON BEACH! THE ONLY FLOOR TO ENJOY THE GULF VIEW! The property is equipped with all the comforts of home for a great vacation! The condo includes lake and gulf views, multiple pools and beach access within a short walk.

Initial starter kit of amenities is provided for all of our guests.
FOR THE KITCHEN: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 4 dishwasher pods or liquid equivalent and no less than 3 extra liners for the kitchen trash
FOR THE BATH: Each bathroom will have 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner and trash can liner.

We love dogs and are happy to provide a dog friendly space for your vacation! However, it's important to note that dogs are not allowed on the beach in front of the condo, or any of the beaches along 30A. There is a dog beach at Pier Park located at 16303 Front Beach Rd. Panama City Beach where Fido can meet some new friends and enjoy our gorgeous Emerald Coast!

Vitaly and Kate are great to stay with. This was our second time to stay in one of their Carillon Beach condos and our eighth vacation at Carillon overall. This is our nicest room at the inn. The view is beautiful, the room was well furnished and very clean and we were able to have our dog. We are already talking about booking for the spring!

Great condo and view

Truly enjoyed every minute of our stay. The area has great restaurants and amenities either in the community or close by. We definitely will be back next year.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, the beach was walking distance, beautiful pools, and coffee shops, lunch/breakfast spots, and a pizza place all within the neighborhood. The unit was on the smaller side and had a few quirks but nothing that isn’t shown on the listing. Would recommend!

Great experience

This was a nice, clean, small unit in a great location. We had room for 3 adults and our large breed dog that we appreciated being able to have with us. We enjoyed the location outside of Panama City and Rosemary Beach, but close enough to get to for food and entertainment. Note that this unit has a small kitchen with no oven except a toaster oven. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We had a great experience and would rent this unit again.

Great spot for a fall getaway

The space was lovely with wonderful views of the lake and gulf in the distance. It's a short walk to all of the community pools. The welcome package with bottled water, starter coffee K-cups and snack came in handy. Providing complimentary slippers was a nice touch.

The perfect location!

We can’t stop talking about what a great time we had! The weather was perfect. The beach was perfect, and the added access to the multiple pools were perfect as well. it was great to have a clean place in a great location to lay our heads afterwards a long fun & hot day! We highly recommend the host. They did not miss a beat for this getaway♥️

Small condo, clean and well maintained, nice neighborhood to stroll and walk a dog, Construction in progress so a dumpster is right in front of building. Coffee shop and 2 food services on site.

Lovely comfy condo with great view

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. Convenient location, well equipped kitchen, lots of towels, great balcony view of sunsets. Bit disappointed pool near hotel was not heated in March but it was a tad cooler still this year. Manager was very accommodating and replied promptly. Great stay!

Love this place

My daughter and I had a great long weekend at this condo. The location is fantastic. We loved walking the neighborhood in the evening. Our dog loved the balcony. The condo is very clean and as pictured. This is not a negative but the mattress is very firm. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it to others.

Good Stay But Needs a Makeover

First, let me say Andrea (property manager) has excellent customer service skills and seems like a gem. And the unit was very clean - met my picky standards with the exception of the bathroom tub - could've been much cleaner. With this stated, although the unit was very neat, organized, and clean the decor seemed/felt outdated - like an 80's or 90's ocean vibe. Additionally, the patio left a lot to be desired. From the picture, I imagined relaxing on the patio and looking out onto the lake, which seemed more like a swamp among weeds when I actually saw it in reality. It was an eye sore. Also, there didn't seem to be any user-friendly and simple broadcast cable access. And although Andrea was willing to come over to troubleshoot with me, It was just an inconvenience to me and I didn't feel like interrupting my vacation schedule to accommodate coordinating with her to come by to just troubleshoot, with no guarantee of a resolution. Trying to figure out how to watch TV via apps that cost money was daunting every night. This should be communicated to renters in the property description. I would not have booked this unit had I known that. The beach and walk to the beach were AWESOME. BUT Eddy's Beach Service is unprofessional at best. I'm actually sure they're racist. I had to track them down for a day and overnight to get a callback so that I could pay for a chair. By the time he called me back the next day, I was at the beach "waiting." He told me he was running errands and to let him know if I would be needing a beach chair. By then, I was contemplating getting comfortable on the sand since it was like sugar. He arrived sooner than he stated he would and literally HARRASSED me while I was trying to finish a business call and decide if I was going to stay at the beach or not. Mind you, I'd been at the beach already for 2 hours "waiting" on his callback, after my third call to him. I had not even pulled anything out of my beach bag yet. It was an insulting and a terrible experience after I'd been calling and texting him at that point since the day prior - over 36 hours. Overall, the stay was okay but not worth the money spent, in my opinion. I've spent less in that area on accommodations, been on the ocean, and much happier with the environment. I actually left a night earlier. I've NEVER done that before. That was a sign to me that I did not feel it was worth the money and I was willing to just cut my losses.

Paradise

The property was just as pictured. It even had a Keurig which was nice. The bed sleeps great. Just the right amount of comfortable space for a couple to get away. We spent 10 nights and felt right at home. We would definitely stay here again.
