Thank you for staying with us and for sharing your experience. We're sorry the construction noise and the closed balcony affected your trip. We let guests know before arrival that balcony access would be unavailable because of the building work, but the busiest part of the construction began right as you checked in, so the noise was louder than we had hoped. We offered to move you to one of our other condos in a different community, and we understand you preferred to stay at Pinnacle Port, so we also provided a credit for the inconvenience. We know the beachfront views from the rest of the condo, the full amenities and the easy beach access are what make this home special, and we hope you enjoyed some of that as well. The construction is a temporary phase of structural and cosmetic updates, and it is beyond our control, but we're excited for the finished result, and we'd love to welcome you back once the work is complete.
