Rest and relaxation is plentiful at Laguna East #158, a Landmark Vacation Rentals home. This vibrant oceanfront duplex offers incredible ocean views of North Topsail Beach and private beach access just steps from the house. This spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom rental offers more than enough space to accommodate up to 12 people. Grab a drink and make yourself at home on one of the oceanfront decks, where you can hear the surf, smell the saltwater, and be hypnotized by the ocean view.
Guests will enter through the ground-level front door and walk up the set of stairs leading to the 1st floor. There are three bedrooms on this floor, all with private deck access and a TV. The first bedroom (ocean-facing) has a queen-sized bed, ocean views, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom (sound-facing) has a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle. This room shares the hall bathroom with the third bedroom, which has a queen-sized bed.
The 2nd floor houses the main living space and the master suite. With lots of natural lighting and a sea-inspired color palette, the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen serve as inviting gathering places. Take advantage of the well-stocked kitchen to prepare meals throughout the day while you gaze out the windows to the sea. The kitchen offers bar seating for four, as well as a dining table seating for 6. The living room offers comfortable seating and a TV. A generously sized oceanfront deck is accessible through the living room. For your convenience, there is a half bathroom located on the second level as well. The master suite is located on this floor and has a king-sized bed, private deck access, and an en suite bathroom with a jetted tub.
This home is equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer and an outdoor shower. There is parking in the driveway for 6 vehicles. For entertainment, high-speed internet and streaming services on the TVs. This home is not pet-friendly.
There is a keyless entry lock on this door only. Guests are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. There are no keys and no need to check in or out at the office. Guests will be emailed their door code prior to their check-in. Everything in this home was made to provide a safe, no-stress, contactless process where you can relax from the moment you arrive.
Provided With Your Stay: Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Washcloths, Bath Mats, and Kitchen Linens, are provided and beds will be made upon arrival. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you! Professional cleaning service is provided after every guest stay. This property is not dog friendly.
*For larger families, this home can be rented with the left unit of this duplex, "C-Breeze #160". Guests can access both sides of the unit, as there is a door in between the units that can be unlocked.
