Historic Bridge Street is just a 2-block walk away. Enjoy the best shopping, restaurants, bars, entertainment, nightlife, and family-friendly activities that Anna Maria Island has to offer. And, of course, the famous white sand beaches are just a short 2 block stroll from your doorstep.

The home's interior features a spacious great room-style living area, including a fully stocked kitchen, a comfortable living room with HDTV, and a dining room that accommodates up to 6 guests at the dining table with an additional 4 seats at the kitchen island. This setup encourages family bonding, where everyone can enjoy cooking, socializing, watching TV, or simply relaxing together.

Step outside to the outdoor area, where you'll find a private heated pool and spa, a covered seating area with an outdoor dining table for 8 and a bar top for 2, a propane BBQ grill, a foosball table, and lush tropical landscaping. This space is perfect for unwinding and enjoying the Florida sunshine.

On the upper level, the rooftop deck awaits, providing ample seating and standing room for everyone to witness the unforgettable sunrises over the intercostal waterway, and the incredible sunsets over the Gulf of America. Starter rolls of paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags are provided, plus dish soap, several dishwasher pods and laundry detergent pods as well as travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap. Any additional items that you may need during your stay can be purchased at one of the local grocery stores.

The pool is heated from approximately mid-October to Easter and is set at 85 degrees. During especially colder weather, we are unable to guarantee that the pool can maintained to the desired temperature. The attached spa has a control panel that will heat it up separately to 101 degrees (allow up to 1.5 hours for heating).

Driveway parking includes up to 4 vehicles.

Dogs 25lbs or less are welcome; a $175 Pet Fee is required per dog; no dangerous breeds allowed and no more than 2 dogs. Dogs that are not disclosed will result in additional cleaning charges to your reservation.

Marina Proximity: Our home backs to the Bradenton Beach Marina, and there is on occasion associated noise related to the moving and storing of boats. It’s part of the culture of life on the Gulf of America, and while most consider it super interesting to live this close to so many beautiful boats in the marina (and yes, you can go for an easy stroll and take a close look at them!) some may not
