Each of the 4 spacious bedrooms include their own ensuite bathroom. Private dock, sandy swim lagoon, 2 boat moorings, waterfront party deck, along with lots of intimate, cozy spots to gather family, friends & celebrate life.

Make it your home base to ski, golf, boat, hike, bike & explore the crystalline waters of beautiful Lake Tahoe. Once quoted by Mark Twain as, "the fairest picture the whole earth affords".

Step inside and experience our cathedral ceilings and floor to ceiling windows that create your very own snow globe during the winter and panoramic views of the sparkling Caribbean blue waters and famous rock formations of Lake Tahoe from almost every room in the house.

You'll have your own private access to the lake just steps from the house. We have a jet ski lift, floating dock, 2 moorings for your boats, breakwater pier & sandy bottom swim area right off the spacious party dock. Umbrellas, propane BBQ, dining table and lounging chairs are there for your enjoyment. We have 4 kayaks you can use at your own risk. Life jackets are available as well. Please always use life jackets while near the water for your safety.

Learn upon check in how to open & close the hot tub cover. Please cover and lock hot tub when not in use. Strong winds can blow the cover off, damaging property and potentially your cars.

Hot tub and pier, dock, kayaks, decks, swim platforms and swim areas are for use at your own risk.

Maximum daytime and nighttime occupancy is 10
