Leder du efter Lakefront Rental i det elskede Dollar Point-kvarter? Dette er hjemsted for dig!

Dette hjem er lagt vidunderligt til en ferie udlejning. Du træder ind i det åbne og indbydende store værelse for at se den smukke udsigt over søen. På øverste niveau finder du stuen komplet med fladskærms-tv, pejs, nyligt ombygget køkken og stort dæk. Nede i hallen vil du bøde et meget komfortabelt soveværelse med kingsize-seng og eget bad med stort glasbruser. Gæster med mobilitetsproblemer vil forstå, at der ikke er trapper til at navigere for at komme ind i hjemmet eller at besætte master suite.

Nedenunder er alrummet rummeligt og indeholder også en anden pejs og fladskærms-tv. De resterende soveværelser ligger ned ad gangen og deler et stort halbad. Mens meget lille, er der et fjerde soveværelse med en fuld over dobbelt køjeseng. Om sommeren er du også en nem gåtur til stranden og søen foran tennisbaner!

OM OMRÅDET

Beliggende lige øst for Tahoe City på Lake Tahoe smukke nordlige kyst ligger et af områdets mest eftertragtede kvarterer - Dollar Point. Hele samfundet ligger på søsiden af hovedvejen, hvilket gør det til det perfekte sted for en fredelig og afslappende ferie. Med en række boliger i vores portefølje placeret inden for en let gåtur fra hinanden, er dette det perfekte sted for en familieaftale. Og oh, bekvemmelighederne!

Om sommeren kan Dollar Point virkelig ikke slå. Det er et af North Shores eneste samfund, der tilbyder adgang til en swimmingpool og privat sandstrand, begge mindre end en kilometer fra ethvert hjem i samfundet. For de, der leder efter eventyr, hop på cykelstien, der går ud af samfundet, og følg Truckee River nord, eller besøg Tahoe City, der er hjemsted for alt fra hjemmekøblede kaffebarer til søen, god mad, kun få minutter væk.

Wonderful home for our family vacation!

Great location on the lake with a bouy for our boat. House was clean and comfortable. We would absolutely go back!

Views to die for

The property is lake front! We were able to have coffee and cocktails in the lake every morning and evening. The house had everything we needed and was clean and well maintained. But the lake and how close we were to it is the star.

Nice home. I would however suggest letting renters know the location of the garage door opener. We were not able to open the door initially and had to call the management company. They didn't know that there was a remote control and we eventually stumbled upon the remote. Also, the deck furniture is in need of refurbishing. The drain opener in the lower bathroom did not operate.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!!

This home exceeded our expectations. The view was just what I hoped for and the house was in a beautiful neighborhood. Could not have helped our adventure vacation be more perfect. We made it work with our wheelchair by using our portable ramp and some 2x6/1x4 wood, once in the house it was easy to navigate.

The house is in a great location and as depicted online, with spectacular views of the lake. The furnishings were comfortable and the linens and towels were superior. My only feedback is when renting a house of this size for a week for a cost of $6236.00, it would have been helpful to have adequate garbage bags and toilet paper available.

Deck experience...

The house was fine, clean and aside from the deck experience would have received a high review. Also now that we are universally experiencing a warmer summer condition, the owners might seriously consider adding AC for the renters comfort. The deck is old, somewhat rickety and could use some necessary loving care, re-staining and maintenance. The furniture and BBQ are past their expected life and not representative of the quality expected when renting a house in this rental range. The house operated (kitchen appliances,TV's, washer dryer) all very well. The bathrooms were clean and fully operable. The adjacent property is under construction and provided an added feature as the uniqueness of the construction as well as the very professional contractor concerned about our stay was seen as a positive. As an owner myself of multiple properties I understand you cannot control your neighbors. In this case the adjacent owner will eventually add to the value of this rental property. I would likely stay here again if the comments I have offered were recognized. Best.

Family Trip with Disable Person

Water's Edge gets 5 stars for location. It was perfect. The house itself was fine but a little tired in terms of decor and fittings. It is not flat into the house and could do with a portable ramp to help those with wheelchairs to easily access the house....but was still achievable. Our main problem was not with the house but with the management company that looked after the house. We were not forewarned that the plot next to the house was being developed. We had building noise from 7:15 each morning until 3:00 in the afternoon each day. We didn't have a problem with the builders (it happens everywhere) but we were not pleased that we did not get any warning. The plot was huge and building work had been going on for a long time. We found it in bad manners on their part. They funny thing was....there is a note when you arrived talking about being good neighbours and quiet times between 8pm and 8am. However, they didn't feel it applied to us. We were over from the UK and it is a general obligation to disclose this type information when booking. We still enjoyed our time together as a family but would not book a house with this management company again.

Beautiful home, great location

The deck and view are stunning and Dollar Point is a nice and small town far from the main road. We had a great stay and the home was able to host our 3 generational group with ease. The Tahoe weather was smokey and the house didn't have A/C which made it a bit tricky to stay cool and breath healthy air. The deck railing is still shaky and given the 30+ ft fall below, it made our group nervous the entire time.

Thank you for your review! It is true that this home, like most homes in the area, does not have A/C. However, fans are provided and it can be managed. I have made a note about the deck railing and our team will be inspecting it during our next visit to the property.

Our week at your home suited us perfectly. The accommodations were clean and very comfortable. The location was delightful. Perfect choice for a lovely family get-away. We always stay in Dollar Point and enjoy the amenities of private beach and poo. The property was very nice, comfortable and had all the amenities. The remote control for the garage door didn't work. We changed the batteries but to no avail. The only thing I would suggest is to wash the bath mats. Besides that, we would definitely stay there again. Loved having a garage and beautiful view.

Have rented several places in Tahoe, and suggestions that would improve this rental: very disappointed to have a lovely view and deck, but no dining furniture on outside deck, just cheap fold up chairs, no table was huge disappointment. Couldn't sit outside and eat and enjoy view. Deck rail NOT SAFE, loose! We took a group photo against rail and it is LOOSE- scary! It's a loing way down! Very dangerous needs repair! No bar stools at kitchen counter to sit and eat? 7 people shared downstairs bath, yet with plenty of wall space there are no towel hooks for bath or face towles in bathroom! Only 1 by shower! Towels hanging everywhere on doors, beds-simple hooks by bath and sinks would be helpful! Neighbors had beach access rocks moved so access to water/buoy would be easier- very rocky and difficult to get in and out- why not have rocks moved to make sandy entrance like neighbors?

The home layout has two living areas to accommodate different age groups. Dollar Point is close to Tahoe City (and other towns on Lake Tahoe) but is a nice separate friendly community that itself has very nice amenities. Water front access is great and the view is truly amazing. Wonderful property!

Due to her mobility issues, we needed a house with a bedroom and living space on one floor which this provided along with magnificent views. Other bedrooms and an additional living space were downstairs with gorgeous views also. The weather was perfect, and my mom enjoyed her mini vacation.

On the down side: we missed not having a third bathroom;the wooden deck chairs are not in good repair; the toaster sticks and fails to eject the toasted bread. On the other hand,the customer service provided by the staff at Tahoe Resort Property Management was outstanding. Thank you very much to the property owners and to the management company.
