This stylish, luxury 4 bedroom, 3 bath penthouse condo has sweeping views overlooking the intercoastal from all 3 King bedrooms and the main living area. Dine outside and watch beautiful sunsets while you look for dolphins from your huge 36’ private balcony. The brand new, spacious unit is one block from the popular Archibald Beach, restaurants, bars, boutiques, live music, grocery stores, ROC park, splash pad, fishing, tennis courts, softball fields, and mini-golf. Spend your days at the beach with ease using the provided beach gear (custom wagon, chairs, toys, towels and umbrellas) or enjoy the on-site amenities which include heated pool and hot tub. After a day at the beach, stop at the Cambria Hotel located next door and grab a bite to eat or drink at the new tiki bar or watch the sunset from their rooftop bar. The condo is family friendly and has lots of extra kid amenities like a coastal theme bunk room, games, toys, strollers, pack 'n plays, kid plates, utensils, cups, and a highchair. Need to catch up on some work? A comfortable workstation with monitor, printer, and high-speed internet is provided. **ALL STAYS REQUIRE DAMAGE DEPOSIT AND SIGNED RENTAL AGREEMENT. Amazing Experience

Our group of 10 had a wonderful time at this condo! We spent a day inside, due to Hurricane Debbie, but the condo was perfect for our family to enjoy a home cooked meal and big enough for our group of 10 to have our own space and didn't feel crammed while we were stuck inside. The condo was close to everything, including easy access and walking distance to the non crowded the beach! Madeira beach has such a positive, low key vibe to it and the condo was the perfect spot for our families to enjoy our family vacation. The coffee shops across the street, the restaurants near by, the local bars, the accessibility to everything was fabulous. The hot tub and pool were super fun for the kids as well! Thank you for an amazing experience!

Great place!

We had a fantastic stay. The place was beautiful and spacious with anything we could need available for the kids - all the way down to a nightlight in the bathroom and ocean light for the bedroom. The walk to the beach is an easy/straight shot - we had five kids in the group ranging from 2-5 and they all did great with the walk. The balcony overlooks the boats in the water and is beautiful, especially at sunset. We even saw dolphins playing in the water one morning. Taylor and Tyler were very communicative, quick to respond and also check in to see how everything was.

Has It All!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful condo! So clean, well stocked and beautifully decorated! Plenty of room for our two families, total of 9 people and we had plenty of space. The location was great, just a 5 minute walk to the public access beach. Grocery store within walking distance or a 2 minute ride across the bridge. We will definitely return! Loved it!

Excellent stay

This unit was immaculate. Parking was perfect. The views, while you cannot see the beach and can barely see the ocean, were great. The balcony is the best. It is spacious and great for a larger group and all can be on the balcony at the same time, which is the reason you are here in the first place. To have 3 king size beds and a bathroom for each bedroom, even though 2 of them are not attached to the bedroom, was top of the line. The 4th bedroom, if you have children, is a bonus. The unit is spacious. The kitchen appliances were top of the line and there are adequate utensils, pans, dishes, glasses, etc. We were 3 elderly couples, and everything was great as far as access. Especially the 2 walk-in showers. It would be nice if the stools were the taller ones instead of the low ones. But this is no problem if you are younger. The Cambria hotel next door has a suburb restaurant with great drinks on the ground level and their roof top bar/restaurant with live entertainment is the best. This complex is well located for short walking distances or short driving distances to most of the places you will want to go. The beach is about a 2-block walk and the unit provides wagon, umbrella, chairs etc. However, the HOA needs to make the parking spot next to the storage of this beach stuff, a no parking, so you can get in and out of the storage. The pool/hot tub is great but the access to it is not. It was like it was an afterthought. But still a great amenity.
