Great stay at Kiawah

Excellent beach house. Plenty of room for the family to spread out. Very well appointed and comfortable. Would have given all 5 stars, but the ice maker didn't work and wasn't fixed while we stayed there. Otherwise, everything was terrific.

We did not receive any calls about a problem with the ice maker at this property and it was working before your arrival and after your departure. This is our 5th visit to Kiawah and first time staying at Amaranth. We ABSOLUTELY loved it. The home is beautiful and situated in a peaceful dead end street. Easy, short bike or walk to the beach at boardwalk 12 and the Nest. The furnishings were comfortable and the layout was great for a family vacation. The screened in porch off the back is way bigger than expected and absolutely necessary component to enjoying time outside at the house. We loved watching the wildlife out the back porch. We will absolutely be staying at this house again.

404 Amaranth

Our first impression was "wow"! The property was bigger than the pictures showed. Kitchen, main bedroom, living room and screened in porch on main floor were awesome. Short walk/bike ride to beach. Would definitely rent here again.

House has very nice floor plan. It was very clean and reasonably equipped. Advertised grill didn’t work and rental staff could not remedy the problem. Overall a positive experience.

Thank you for your feedback. It was a pleasure having your for your long term stay. It seems that the ignitor went out on this grill. Unfortunately, it is not an quick or easy fix for grills, but was still fully functional simply using a lighter. I am pleased that our team was able to bring a replacement out to be used during your stay. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the home and time on the island!

Property management customer service.

Everything was excellent- the only problem I had is that one family member left something there and I called the realtor managing the property and the said they would check asap and call me back. I never heard back from them. I expected them to tell me regardless of if they found it or not. But the property was in excellent condition.

Property was very clean, updated and nicely decorated. Plenty of space to entertain large families. Super easy process from lease agreement thru checkout. Would definitely rent this property again!

Very nice!

We loved this property. It is very clean with plenty of outdoor seating and indoor space. We had 10 people with us included 7 adults and was very comfortable. A short 5 minutes walk to the beach and beach gear was provided. We love it and look forward to coming back!

Great Family House, Great Location

The property is nicely renovated and well maintained. We were there the busiest week of the year and while there were a couple items that needed tending, the property manager was quick to resolve them. I appreciated the well stocked kitchen, ample storage and convenient location.
