Kom og slappe af på vores 2 soveværelse første sal Turtle Point Villa med udsigt over den 17. fairway af Turtle Point Golf Course. Denne villa er centralt beliggende og gåafstand til Kiawahs luksushotel og spa, Kiawahs uberørte strande, East Beach Tennis Center, Turtle Point Golf Course, East Beach Conference Center og Town Center Market.

Smukke fliser gulve strømmer i hele villaen, mens smukke trægulve er i begge soveværelser. Slap af og nyd det vægmonterede fladskærms-tv med dvd-afspiller eller den ekspansive golf / lagunudsigt i den hyggelige stue. Glidende glasdøre fører dig ud på bagdækket, hvor du kan nyde et godt måltid eller se golfspillernes tee-off.

Stuen åbner op til spisestuen, der rummer et stort bord og plads til seks. Ud over spisepladsen er gourmetkøkkenet og det lukkede solrum. Tag en god bog og slappe af i solrummet, der byder på masser af siddepladser, flot udsigt over golfbanen, adgang til bagdækket, samt en sovesofa og et pass gennem vinduet til køkkenet. Franske døre og et stort skab giver mulighed for privatliv, hvis du vil gøre dette værelse til et tredje soveværelse.

Det rene, moderne køkken er fuldt udstyret til alle dine madlavningsbehov, har granit bordplader, nye apparater, 3 barstole og en fuld størrelse vaskemaskine og tørretumbler.

Det store soveværelse har en king-size seng, fladskærms-tv, privat balkon og badeværelse. Det fuldt renoverede badeværelse har badekar / bruser combo med glasdør og fliser surround, fliser gulv, granit tællere, forsænket belysning og perle bord. Det andet soveværelse har to enkeltsenge og et tilhørende badeværelse med en rummelig bruseniche, enkelt vask, fliseregulv og stort forfængelighed område med granit tællere og forsænket belysning.

It was wonderful overall. Very clean. I do think calling it a three bedroom is a bit misleading. The 3rd room used for sleeping is the sunroom.

It is just a short walk to the beach and it has a view of the golf course and a lagoon across the way. The pantry with pull out shelves came in handy and it was nice having upscale appliances to use in the kitchen. We plan to return and would certainly recommend this unit to others.

6 days meeting

I rent this place during a meeting at the convention center. This location was 1.9 miles from the center, but most of the networking was done at the Sanctuary hotel, a brief walk. Location was excellent. 2 adult couple shared and the places is really set up with 2 master suites. Beds were very comfortable. Place was very clean and new and we all enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again next year!!

Reviewer Comments: Very nice: Kitchen, furnishings, location, preparation of property, gentleman who came to fix things.Not nice: TV in living room never worked, windows wouldn’t crank open,, lights in living room flickered unless totally on brightest setting, sun porch/small bedroom lamp had no available outlet and in same room switches for overheads placed behind cabinet, disposal got stuck.Recommendations: some “how to use” instructions would have been helpful. Our daughter got ill, and there is no Urgent Care at phone number listed, we had to drive to Charleston. ESPM frequently does not answer phone, email access only. We would have appreciated some placemats, a steamer basket for cooking clams, dishcloths for the kitchen not just a sponge (we couldn’t purchase any at Freshfields)The birding, beach, access to all Kiawah has to offer, naturalists were fantastic. We were there for two weeks, and may not consider renting that same unit.

The Turtle Point Villa location was ideal: 5 min walk to the beach, short bike ride to Tennis Center, and right on the 17th fairway of Turtle Point Golf Course! We thoroughly enjoyed doing each of these activities all week. Our Condo was neat and clean. AC worked great for this hot summer time! W/D was a bit small and long for 4 adults. Some light switches didn't work and could not figure out how to use ceiling fan in MBedroom without the light being on.

We loved seeing wild deer from the back of our deck and around the facility at dusk. We loved being right on the golf course and having our bikes delivered right to our front doorstep. We had every convenience at this villa. My only complaint was that we did have about 10 palmetto bugs throughout the week, gigantic spiders with spider webs formed from ceiling fan in living room and mainly spiders in den area (spiders didn't bother us as much as palmetto bugs).

Loved ordering beach chairs and umbrellas from a local service in advance and having them waiting for us on the beach!

Within an hour of our arrival, we saw an alligator sunning itself across the golf course out back! We enjoyed the rocking chairs on the deck, listening to the sounds of nature. Deer appeared on our drive to dinner, and I watched an osprey building her nest. A lovely island and a lovely condo!
