Welcome to 140 North Sea Pines Drive!

Be one of the first guests to stay in this stunning home that was completely renovated in 2024! With five bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms – 140 North Sea Pines Drive can host a group of up to 16 guests. You'll have your toes in the sand in no time by taking a quick walk/bike ride to the Sea Pines Beach Club.

A nice perk is this is dog friendly home allowing two small dogs maximum per reservation and each dog must weigh 20 pounds or less. The pet fee is an additional $250 plus tax – please reach out to our office in advance to confirm your dog.

**Bedding Configuration**

• Bedroom 1: King (Master, 1st Floor, 65” Flat Screen TV, Private Bathroom)

• Bedroom 2: Two Sets of Pyramid Bunk Beds – queen on bottom, twin on top (1st Floor, 55” Flat Screen TV, Private Bathroom)

• Bedroom 3: King (Master #2, Mid-Level, 65” Flat Screen TV, Private Bathroom)

• Bedroom 4: King (2nd Floor, 65” Flat Screen TV, Private Bathroom)

• Bedroom 5: Two Queen Beds (2nd Floor, 55” Flat Screen TV, Private Bathroom)

**Additional Information**

• Distance to Beach: 1/2 Mile to Beach - Easy Walk or Bike Ride to the Sea Pines Beach Club. Great place to spend the days as they have dining options, restroom facilities and even a surf shop! There is a leisure path at the foot of the driveway that will lead you to the Beach Club.

• Private Pool/Spa Info: This pool and spa were completed in 2024 and is 24' by 12' with a depth of 3.5-5.5'. The spa can be heated year-round for $45/day + tax with a four consecutive day minimum. The pool can be heated seasonally between Labor Day and Memorial Day for $115/day + tax with a four consecutive day minimum. If pool heat is added, spa heat is included. No pool heat is available during the summer months. Please email or call us at least two weeks prior to your arrival if you would like to add pool and/or spa heat for your stay.

• Fully Renovated Home – Completed 2024

• Dog Friendly: This home allows two small dogs maximum per reservation & they both must weigh 20 pounds each or less. The pet fee is an additional $250 plus tax – please reach out to our office in advance to confirm your dog and pay the additional pet fee.

• Fully Equipped Kitchen with all Major Appliances, Regular Drip Coffee Maker, Keurig & Crockpot. Second Refrigerator Located in Garage.

• Two Laundry Rooms – Each with a Washer + Dryer

• Large Living Room with Bar, Wine Fridge and Flat Screen TV

• 8 Beach Towels

• 4,000 Square Feet

• Wireless Internet, Gas Grill

• Paying guest reservations staying between 4-27 nights will receive a $250 VayK Life beach/bike gear credit. This will be emailed to you after making a reservation and is valid for VayK Life rentals only.

• Parking: There is parking available at the home for up to five cars max. Parking passes are an additional $17/pass per week. Parking is not available in the garage. The garage is available for storage only, no parking available.

Absolutely incredible house. We cannot say enough great things about the house/property, the location, and how the hosts were so accommodating. My wife, myself and our pup, were here for the week and had an amazing trip. The house itself is beautiful, and you can tell the owners take great care of the property. Even the little details, such as labeling the cabinets and drawers were very helpful. The pool was spacious and relaxing, and offered the perfect vacation environment. We have been to Sea Pines 10 times and this property, by far, is our favorite. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay and we hope to be back soon!

Loved the property. We had 4-4 year olds, so we had to shuttle to beach and then ride a bike back as there was no close beach parking that we knew of. Also, no bikes or beach furniture are provided, only 6 beach towels. But, the pool was awesome.The house was large, beautiful, and each bedroom had their own bathroom. Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation.

This house was perfect for our family. From the pool to the kitchen to the bedrooms. We were 10-15 walking distance from Sea Pines Beach Club. We had 6 adults and 3 children. Everyone had their privacy. Our family has been coming to HHI since our kids were small. Now our grandchildren are coming too. Thanks for a great house to stay.

Loved the house, it’s been completely renovated. The bedrooms are spacious and so is the kitchen and living room area, great for a big family. You have water around you so my son who loves to fish was in heaven everyday. Sea pines beach club is 1/2 mile from the house, a quick 3/4 minute bike ride. Rental company was very responsive with any questions we had during our stay.

Dressers and bedside lamps in bedrooms were the only things missing from this property from being perfect. Management company immediately responded when we had questions. AWESOME Property

Ideal vacation spot for our entire family of 15 ages 3 to 76! The house is actually larger than the pictures represent. The large common area was very comfortable for all and the bedrooms with attached baths were very comfortable and roomy! The kitchen was well equipped with a large island for prep and seating. The pool is also larger than it appears in pictures and was a hit with the entire group! The beach club was a short walk or bike ride with plenty of room for setting up space and life guards on duty. We spent time in Sea Pines and other communities on the island. The host was extremely accommodating and responsive. Could not have asked for more support! We ordered beach chairs and a bike wagon with our complementary gear coupon and ordered two additional bikes which all enjoyed. Will not hesitate to book again! The property and accommodations were key to our wonderful vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our extended family has stayed in HHI every summer for over ten years. This was one of the best homes we've stayed in. The home itself is beautiful, luxurious, and very clean. Finishes and furniture are quality throughout. Multiple king bedrooms with ensuites and the large children's room made this home perfect for our group. The pool was a big hit; note it's not shaded until late afternoon, although three poolside umbrellas help. The kitchen is well appointed with very nice appliances. Everything is labeled throughout the home. Two W/Ds were a wonderful amenity. The garage served as beach gear and bike central. Getting to the beach easily was our biggest worry. We ended up driving a car loaded with beach gear to the Sea Pines Beach Club lot around 7:50am in order to be one of the first 50 in the lot. Later, we would all bike to the beach, some of us with backpack coolers, and grab the gear out of our car. This worked for our large group. The bike ride wasn't too far.This home is well thought-out and perfectly tailored for larger groups visiting HHI. Thanks for a great stay!

The house was absolutely stunning! Everyone had more than enough space for the week (we had 7 adults and 3 kids). The pictures don’t justify how large the house actually is which was a nice surprise. The location was perfect as well! It’s a short walk or bike ride to the beach, restaurants, playgrounds, golf courses etc so plenty of options to keep busy. Check in/out process was a breeze too. They were very informative and super helpful with any questions we had. Thank you for everything; we look forward to coming back next year!

This house is HUGE and roomy - everyone had a large beautiful bedroom and bathroom for maximum privacy. The house is fresh, clean and well-stocked. We cooked and played games and enjoyed the modern amenities. The management company made us feel safe ahead of and during the storm. They sent regular email updates to keep us informed. They called and stopped in a few times to be sure we were safe and comfortable. We had some wonderful weather at the end of the week and loved the short ride to the beach. We especially enjoyed gator-watching from the safety of the upstairs back porch. The view from there is memorable!We look forward to coming again soon!

The owners did a wonderful job with the renovations – it was by far the best home we have ever rented. The updated kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook for our family of ten. The pool was large and the kids absolutely loved it. The beach was a very quick bike ride away. We very much enjoyed our beach days at the nearby beach club. We loved the home so much we are already planning a return trip for later this year. We could not have asked for a more perfect home – thank you for sharing it with us. I would highly recommend this home for a most memorable vacation!
