Nice house and amenities. Location is perfect, close to all the main events in Wellington. The condo is really quiet and beautiful. I recommend the house and the location. Dina is also very nice and ready to support in anything any time.

This property is in a great location in Wellington. Close to all amenities and the show grounds. It was a clean and quiet place. But we were looking for an entire home to rent and this place has 2 apartments in the garage! It is NOT an entire home you’re renting! In my opinion that is not very transparent! As it was not in the listing. It was in the rules. Well I’m sure most people don’t read the rules.

Unfortunately, VRBO does not always provide the best options to fully describe certain property layouts. On VRBO, the “entire home” designation means that guests do not share any common interior living spaces with others, and in your case, all four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and the private pool were exclusively for your use during the stay. The house rules are an essential part of the listing and are available prior to booking. They include not only general guidelines, but also important property details that guests should review carefully to determine whether the home is the right fit for their needs. For that reason, it is the guest’s responsibility to review all sections of the listing, including the house rules, before confirming a reservation, as these are part of the agreement guests accept when booking. In addition, all guests receive the house rules again upon booking confirmation, as well as together with the check-in instructions three days prior to arrival. These rules form an important part of the agreement between guest and host, and we make multiple efforts to ensure they are available and communicated clearly. We do appreciate your feedback and will continue looking for ways to make important property details even more visible upfront for future guests.

My family and I booked last minute because my Mom passed away and this place was amazing. Dina was very kind in her communication and whatever issues we had were addressed quickly. There was a storm that left the pool dirty and she quickly had someone come out to clean it so we could enjoy our time in the midst of a difficult week. We were very grateful to have had a great place to come back to each day.

Family Wellington trip

Located approximately 20 minutes from PBI airport, making it easy to pick up family. Although the home isn’t in a gated community,I felt very secure and the neighborhood is a well established area with beautifully maintained properties. The home itself was extremely clean, well kept,and provided many amenities to make our stay successful. The contact person was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

Stunning, Comfortable, Excellent Host

We absolutely loved our stay here! Our host was fantastic from the moment we started thinking about booking through checkout. We have done a lot of rentals and very few put thought into guests like this host. There were tons of linens, toiletries, kitchen staples, and space for our family to spread out comfortably. This home is even more beautiful and spacious in person. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Landscaping and pool are gorgeous. LOVED it!
