The property itself was beautiful and our host. Lauren was very responsive, there was a pool problem and she did take care of it the next day. The property could just use a little TLC and perhaps a better cleaner.

The house was perfect for our short weekend trip. The pool is very nice and heated as well, the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, it was great having coffee out on the pool deck. Everything is so close to the house that you may need. Lauren the host was amazing to work with, great communication, and that made our stay even better. Highly recommend!

Needs a little more cleaning in the outdoor area around the pool. Found dirty socks , beer bottle caps around pool area. Inside home, light bulbs burned out in the kitchen, broken lamp in a bedroom closet, bedding not clean in the bedroom near kitchen, trash in side yard with dumpster overfowing with beer bottles and pizza boxes. garbage can automated lid not working. Wasnt able to check in early due to the property being "sanitized" Hopefully the owner looks for a better housekeeper. Place appears to be the party house. I hope the owner looks into these areas. Place could be really nice with some deep cleaning, proper maintenance and a little landscaping.

Thank you for your feedback. We were surprised to see these comments, as no concerns were brought to our attention during your short stay or at checkout. We always encourage guests to reach out during their visit so any issues can be addressed immediately. Our home is professionally cleaned and inspected prior to every arrival. The items shown in the photos appear to reflect minor outdoor debris and a trash bin between scheduled pickup days. In South Florida, fallen palm fronds from neighboring trees and occasional outdoor debris can occur between routine landscaping visits. The trash photo also appears to show the outdoor bin between our scheduled collection days. Trash service occurs twice weekly, and an additional bin had available space during the stay. For short visits, guests are not required to manage trash beyond normal use. Regarding the comment suggesting the home is a “party house,” our property operates under a local short term rental permit that does not allow parties or events, and we strictly follow those rules. We take pride in maintaining the home and appreciate feedback that helps us continue providing a great experience for future guests.

Hi! I’m a proud Palm Beach County local and a mom who loves spending time with my family. Hosting has been such a natural fit for me because I genuinely enjoy creating a comfortable, welcoming space for others to relax and enjoy their stay.

I’m a huge dog lover, we have dachshunds and a Rottweiler who definitely keep life fun and full of energy! When we’re not at home, you’ll usually find us out on the water. Boating and enjoying Florida’s beautiful coastline is one of our favorite ways to spend time together.

My husband and I are both Florida natives, and we truly love everything Palm Beach County has to offer. We take pride in sharing that experience with our guests and helping them feel right at home while they’re here.

Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

We chose this area because of its quiet, family friendly feel and everything it has to offer. The neighborhood is peaceful, with beautiful parks, nearby events, and plenty of outdoor activities, making it a great place to relax while still having things to do close by.

This home is especially meaningful to us, it was our first home together and where we began raising our family. We originally chose this area for its strong sense of community, great schools, and the lifestyle it offers, and it’s been a place we’ve truly loved ever since.

We hope guests enjoy the same sense of comfort, convenience, and local charm that made us fall in love with it.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

Our home is bright, spacious, and designed to feel both inviting and comfortable for families and groups. What truly sets it apart is the attention to detail and the amenities that make your stay feel effortless.

The kitchen is fully stocked with just about every gadget you could imagine, making it perfect for cooking and gathering together. Outside, you’ll find a private, fenced yard with a heated pool, along with a cozy outdoor living area complete with a TV and comfortable seating, ideal for relaxing day or night.

Whether you’re spending time indoors or enjoying the outdoor space, the home is set up to give you a seamless, enjoyable experience from start to finish.
