Newly renovated in 2021 and counts 2 bed rooms, 2 en-suite baths, and 1/2 bath. Start your day with morning coffee in the 3 season room. Make use of the full kitchen or pop a bottle of local wine next to the fire place. We enjoy walking 0.2 miles to village line, 0.5 to sidewalks, 1.2 to Skaneateles Lake parks, shops, and restaurants.

Just returned from a two night stay at this beautiful property. Our family has a tradition of visiting Skaneateles in December to enjoy the Dickens Christmas festivities. Our stay at this property made the whole weekend so special. Every family member commented that this was the nicest rental property they ever stayed at. The home was immaculate, tastefully decorated and filled with so many special touches like beautiful Christmas decor, Christmas music playing upon arrival and fresh treats from a local bakery. The owner was super responsive and accommodating. We will be back!

Our stay at this Vrbo home was nothing short of wonderful. The house was beautifully kept, spotless, and truly felt like a home away from home with everything we could possibly need. Our host, Chris, was exceptional—offering fantastic recommendations on things to do and places to eat, always attentive, and consistently checking in to ensure our stay was perfect. We highly recommend this quaint, well-kept home to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and genuine hospitality. We will absolutely be back again.

This gem of a house was absolutely perfect. The kitchen has great appliances and is very well stocked. The bed was comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. The house is spacious and inviting and simply gorgeous. There is a wonderful enclosed porch for reading and morning coffee, and a great outdoor table and chairs in an enclosed area of the back yard. We loved that we could leave the car and walk into town. Chris and Megan are fabulous hosts. We can’t wait to return. Highly recommend this gorgeous home.

Great family vacation home!

We had a such a great, relaxing, and nature friendly vacation with our two young kiddos (7 and 4 years old) in Skaneateles! My 4 year old daughter claimed “I want to live here forever and ever!” We would love to visit again! Check in was super smooth with clear communication. We were given our own access key code for the house which was super convenient throughout our stay. The house was super clean and thoughtfully laid out for guests. We had everything we needed. I was so impressed with the kitchen! It was stocked with high quality cookware, cooking utensils, ziploc bags for sandwiches etc. We went on a boat tour and swimming in the Skaneateles lake, hikes the Charlie trail, and dining at all the local hot spots - Patisserie bakery, Sherwood inn, Doug’s fish fry, Bluewater Grill. We went to Cayuga lake and Taughannock falls for a day trip and also drove over to Syracuse to the MOST museum to keep the kids entertained on a rainy day. We watched movies in the living room in the morning before heading out for day and my kids slept so well in the comfortable twin beds. Laundry is down in the basement and great for washing all the swimming suits! Highly recommend for families with young children!

We returned for another stay at this delightful property. It is immaculate, very well stocked, tastefully furnished, and close to the village restaurants and shops. We really enjoy the outdoor fire pit every evening after dinner. The beds and bedding are sumptuous!

All of the things other reviewers wrote are 100% true. This is a beautiful home! Gorgeous appliances and finishes! Stocked with everything you’ll need! I’d love to stay there again.

Great get away!

Owners were very conscientious and house was very comfortable! Great smelling towels, sound machines for sleep and super clean. I highly recommend!

Excellent accommodations in Skaneateles!

My husband and I booked this home while visiting my daughter who is attending Syracuse University. We always stay in beautiful Skaneateles while visiting the area. Of all of the homes we have booked, this one is probably the best. Very clean, better than advertised, and great location. The host went above and beyond to welcome us and make sure we were comfortable during a short power outage after a storm. When we arrived, lights were on, music was playing, and there was a nice welcome gift. Highly recommend! Great for parents visiting kiddos at colleges in the area!

Girls weekend

Stayed for a girls weekend to celebrate our birthdays. The house was wonderful and so were the hosts! The listing description was accurate and the home is a great location and super cozy. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if in the Skaneatlas area!

Perfect property!

Our host was the epitome of gracious helpfulness from beginning to end. The house was everything as advertised and more. Beautifully appointed, bright, cozy and immaculate! We could see that effort was made to think of the smallest detail from the quality of linens to room-darkening shades and then some! There is no doubt that we would stay here again when we in the area! A truly wonderful experience!

The home was beautifully decorated, everything brand new. Great layout, plenty of essentials (& backup essentials) plus more. The master king bed was incredibly comfortable and the master shower was a dream. Can't beat the convenience to the shops & restaurants. Chris was very responsive and helpful. We could not find one thing negative about the place. I wish all short term rentals provided this experience. All class. We hope to return!

Adorable place

This home was perfect. Everything was brand new and top of the line. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The decor was beautiful. The kitchen was very well stocked. The sun room was amazing and where we spent the majority of our time. I could walk into town which was nice. One small thing—the road in front of the house is fairly noisy. I’m super sensitive to noise so maybe having a sound machine in the bedrooms would help! Also it would have been handy to have a full length mirror. Other than that I highly recommend!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed this immaculate and beautifully renovated little home! It’s impeccably decorated with beautiful furnishings that are both cozy and comfortable. It’s a quiet location that’s very close to the village shops, restaurants, and lake front. We arrived to find a delicious selection of freshly baked goodies from the local bakery on our kitchen counter and we loved sitting in front of a cozy fire at the backyard fire pit after dinner each evening. Chris, our host, was extremely warm and friendly and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for hosting us!

Beautiful Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our time with this beautiful remodeled home. I felt like if it was for sale, I would buy it and live there. I think that’s the greatest compliment. A customer could say. Everything is designer look but comfortable and cozy.
