The house is nicely decorated, the kitchen is very well stocked, and the elevator made unloading/loading so much easier. The host is very responsive and helpful. Easy walk to the beach and there were chairs and a wagon in the garage. Crows nest was great in the evenings. Fenced in backyard for the dog. The driveway is small so we had to park creatively.

Thank you so much for the thoughtful review! We're so glad the kitchen, elevator, and beach gear made things easy for you, and that the crow's nest gave you a nice spot to unwind in the evenings. Glad the fenced yard worked out for your pup too! We'll definitely look at ways to make parking a little easier. Hope to host you again soon!

We loved this property and it was very comfortable for our family!! It does need a new dishwasher and the rugs and bathroom floors were dirty. The property manager did offer to immediately replace the rugs and send someone to clean which was extremely nice. Would love to stay here in the summer sometime soon!

Perfect stay

House was close to the beach and a ton of great restaurant options. Lots of kid friendly things like a booster seat that we completely forgot. Very comfortable bedding and furniture, and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need to cook as well.

The house was very nice! The furniture was cozy! We cooked all meals at the house and the kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary tools! We did have some dirty bed sheets that we needed to wash. And there were some chair legs at the dining room table that were loose and need to be tightened for future guests. We just moved those out of the way. Also, the lighter on the outdoor fire place was not working. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we would visit again!

Thank you so much for your kind review! We’re thrilled you loved the house, cozy furniture, and fully equipped kitchen. I’m truly sorry about the dirty bed sheets, loose chair legs, and the faulty fireplace lighter — that’s not our usual standard. We are always happy to remedy those things during stays if possible. Thank you for letting us know! Everything has been passed to housekeeping and maintenance for immediate fixing. It means the world that you still had a great stay and would return — we’d love to host you again!

We enjoyed our stay overall and appreciated several standout features of this property including lay out and location. Linens were fresh and comfortable; the kitchen was well stocked making family meals easy and enjoyable. That said, there were a few issues that impacted our experience. Cleanliness could have been improved, as we encountered some concerns upon arrival including the primary bathroom not being fully cleaned. There were some maintenance items that would benefit from attention, such as rusty deck chairs that were not usable, a fire pit that did not work, however that was replaced during our stay. Initially we had unreliable internet which was resolved during our stay. The neighbors alarm went off for 24 hours straight, which was annoying, but property management did reach out to the other owner regarding that and offered a 200.00 credit for the inconvenience. With additional attention to cleaning and upkeep, this property has the potential to be truly outstanding. We appreciated the positives and hope this feedback is helpful for future guests.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave this detailed review and for choosing our property for your family stay. We're thrilled you enjoyed the layout, location, fresh linens, and well-stocked kitchen—it means a lot that those features made your meals and time together enjoyable. We apologize that the initial cleanliness in the primary bathroom and a few maintenance items fell short of our standards. We always offer to correct those once we are aware of them. We addressed the fire pit, internet, and neighbor alarm situation promptly during your stay, unfortunately we had no control over the time the other unit's manager got back to us. Your feedback is genuinely helpful, and we're committed to making the property outstanding for every guest.

Amazing location, comfortable stay, all you need getaway house!

Summary: from check in to check out, location, accessibility, comfort, and hospitality— 5 stars! We loved our stay here! From the moment we checked in, we were at home! The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and well stocked with all we needed and beyond. The snacks, coffee pods, paper products, and kitchen equipment were all very nice and perfect for our week long stay! The house stayed nice and cool in the middle of our heat wave days of 100 degrees, and we were so grateful after a nice long day at the beach! Speaking of which, the beach and nearby grill or breakfast place is super easy to walk to, and we loved that our intersection had a big pedestrian crossing with flashing lights. We traveled with kids and a dog, and had no problem walking around to the places we wanted to go. Melissa was extremely responsive and kind to our questions, and to follow up on any needs or issues that we may have had (we had none!) There were so many things within the house that were well thought out in advance to make our stay the best it could be— from games to household items to the elevator and beyond. We really had everything we needed and more, and the kids loved the ping pong table in the garage! We also were pleasantly surprised to see extra beach chairs, an umbrella, and some beach games there for our use, too. All of these things added to our appreciation! Overall we were thrilled with our stay. You’ll love your time here!! :)
