Tucked away in a quiet, one-way street, this studio beams with more sunshine than a mimosa brunch. Retro charm & modern touches? Say less. Whip up coffee in the kitchenette, chill in the living room, or explore the trendy neighborhood. This space captures the essence of Bay View: vibrant digs, stylish finishes & colorful art that pops like a Summerfest fireworks finale.
Need a downtown fix? It's a quick joyride away (8mins). This ain't your grandma's basement - make your way to One-Way Wonder!
THE SPACE:
This is a recently renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom basement with all the essentials.
Areas include:
★ Laundry Room: dedicated space with access to washer and dryer (laundry pods included)
★ Living room: sleeper couch, sofa chair, 43" 4K Ultra HD Roku Smart TV, and workspace nook with desk
★ Kitchenette: dining round table, hand wash station, mini fridge, microwave, coffee bar with supplies
★ Bathroom: stand-in shower, toilet and vanity sink
★ Bedroom: Queen sized bed, closet space with rod, and a nightstand with a USB port to charge your electronics
There are multiple windows throughout the space which brings in natural light and airy vibes. Expect a peaceful retreat at this hidden gem.
GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have access to the entire basement suite and backyard deck area. You will enter through your own private side door of the home. Fast, reliable WiFi is available! The upper unit of the home and garage are off limits as they are utilized by the hosts.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
★ You will be sharing the home with my partner and I plus our two small dogs. We live in the upper unit, but we the basement which is separated by a locking door and is completely private. We are usually pretty busy and keep to ourselves.
★ You will have your own designated side door entrance. Plenty of street parking can be found next to the home.
★ For your protection and ours, we have three Ring cameras in the exterior of the property (garage, backyard porch, and doorbell on door). We take security seriously - we’re not spying on you!
★ Please ensure to keep noise at a reasonable level and follow our house rules for quiet hours.
