Overall a great condo, pool and beach. No water after water main break for several hours, day with no hot water for a few hours and only 1 elevator for a majority of the week were only issues we had.

The property itself is lovely and situated in the perfect spot on Kaanapali Beach. The condo is A, a beautifully done remodel and every modern convenience including a huge master wing. Would definitely stay again. Beds were very comfortable as well.

We had a fantastic stay at the Kaanapali Ali'i condos! The unit was incredibly clean and beautifully renovated, which made it feel both comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to enjoy meals in.One of the highlights was the stunning ocean view—we loved being able to relax and take it all in right from the condo. The location couldn’t have been better, with convenient access to both the pool and the beach, which made our stay especially enjoyable.Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. Our family had an amazing time, and we would absolutely love to come back again soon!

We had a lovely stay at this unit. It was bright with a partial ocean view and with all the amenities we needed. Would defiantly stay here again. The management company was very helpful and responsive. Only suggestion is to replace the carpeting in the bedrooms as it looked a little dirty and worn. Everything else was very nice.

Hawaii for my birthday

The rim was well equipped, clean, and comfortable. We’re close to many activities and have any ability to take the shuttle was really great.

Amazing vacation!

The island of Maui is still the most picturesque and relaxing place to visit. Kaanapali Ali’i has always been our condo of choice and it never disappoints. The condo we rented was amazing! The unit had great ocean and Mountain views. Definitely a go to again!

The Kaanapali Alii is a fabulous facility. Beautiful & maintained constantly. Our room #292 had a partial (gorgeous) beach view but overlooked the Westin's pool. they didn't promise a pool view so we loved having the view either way. The gym was big - new machines, bikes, ellipticals, treadmills & weights. They offered classes for a fee. The only drawback, which we knew beforehand; there is no food on the grounds. Everything had to be bought at a local grocery store (10 mins away) or restaurants via the boardwalk. We found several nice restaurants in Lahiana and local area - easier w/a carYou can buy tours/excursions here: boogie or surfboard rentals had to be done at nearby hotels or local surf shops. Again a car helped. And all the rentals at the hotels, we found, had to be rented by 2 pm and returned by 4-6 pm.There was a problem with one elev. & hot water but we were texted immediately and given a repair time estimate.#292 was a superb condo - nice finishings & furniture. Beds were extremely comfortable. Showers were sparkling/lovely and it even had a small brand-new washer/dryer which worked perfectly. Plenty of pans and utensils for cooking but Just a note - there is no food left in the kitchen so if planning to cook, you need to buy condiments, spices, etc paper plates, foil/baggies - the latter if you want to use the grills down by the pool. The condo has 4 chairs and a cooler for beach use or the resort offers chair FCFS. Great vacay spot overall

This is our second time staying at Kaanapali Alii, but our first time at this particular property. We appreciated how clean and modern the space was. We were able to check in a little early, which was a godsend since we arrived early in the day. Checking in and accessing our room were really easy. Messaging with the host was prompt and helpful. Having a kitchen and laundry was ideal for our family so we could make some of our own meals and not have to pack as many clothes. The only provided pantry items were oil, salt, and pepper, so plan accordingly! We didn't want for any cooking implements, however. We loved being able to walk to restaurants and stores for any items we forgot. We only used the non-quiet pool and the kiddie pool since we were with our toddler, but those are ideal for her primary activity of jumping into the pool over and over again (and our ideal activity of watching her play in shallow water). We might consider a different resort when she's older and more interested in other pool features, like slides. Beach access is also quick and easy, with outdoor showers available right by the access point. I wish they would've provided sand toys, but that wasn't a huge deal for us. Perhaps most importantly, they don't require *any* check out tasks besides turning in the room keys. It's so nice to end a vacation without having to do chores!
