Chalet was clean and comfy for our family. Location is amazing. It was the first time we stayed in lake harmony in the summer and it did not disappoint. One slight problem was that the grill only half worked and then within minutes ran out of propane. Otherwise nice amenities!

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We're glad the chalet was clean and comfortable for your family, and that your first summer visit to Lake Harmony lived up to what you were hoping for. We're sorry one of the outdoor amenities didn't work as it should have, and our team has been notified so it can be sorted out. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again.

Home was fine for the two of us. My only negative was the fire pit. Didn't use it for second year in a row. The grass was almost knee high. We didn't want to be amongst deer ticks. Deer were actually bedding down behind the house. Also the kitchen could be supplied better. Everything else was fine.

Welcome back for year two, and we're glad the home itself suited you both! You shouldn't have missed the fire pit twice, though, and we've shared the grass maintenance and kitchen supply notes with our team to get both handled. We'd love to have you back for a third year with the fire pit finally in action!

Great short stay

We were a small group who wanted to spend a few days enjoying the poconos. The place was at an ideal location near all the important activities, but more importantly, the house itself was perfect and the best relaxation chalet you could ask for.

The perfect spot

Beautiful chalet with everything you need & more! From the moment we walked in, we felt at home. The gas fireplace was amazing & the daily visit from deer was incredible…so peaceful. We would highly recommend this home away from home! Would love to go back again, but for a month!

Great fall getaway in a super comfortable home

This house was very comfortable and clean. Great amenities. They supplied linens which was awesome. Beautiful setting - lots of wildlife around the home; deer, turkeys and a bear! Nice community with several restaurants within 5 minutes. Central to lots of hiking trails and craft breweries (within 30 minute drive). Would stay again!

Relaxing Time

The house is extremely clean and fully stocked. We did have a issue with the upstairs bathroom. We called and management got right on it. We had the problem fixed the same day. Pancake mix and maple syrup greets you. When they said fully stocked they were not kidding. All you need is clothes food and personal hygiene items

Stayed at this property while we played golf in the area. Nice, comfortable home and everything worked as it should for the brief amount of time we spent there.Mirror in master bath should be converted to conventional mirror with better lighting. Was not able to turn off ceiling fan in the MBR. Had to clean up trash on street from previous guest because they did not secure in trash corral and the animals got into it.Would stay here again.

A nice place to stay - a real home away from home

We were there for Friendsgiving and were pleasantly surprised by how welcoming (warm house and a nice welcome note) and clean the house was. The kitchen was unbelievably well-equipped, it even had a potato masher! Highly recommended!

Family Vacation

We were impressed at the cleanliness of the property and the overall communication with the property manager before our stay. It truly made our vacation wonderful. We did bring more than we needed as we didn’t realize how fully stocked the kitchen was from coffee filters and k-cups to seasonings and ziplock bags… you thought of everything!

Mother’s Day weekend getaway

I rented this property for Mother’s Day weekend. The house itself is a dream. We enjoyed the king sized beds, reclining sofas and open concept living area. The home came equipped with everything we needed to cook breakfast or grill a couple steaks. It is close to hickory run park, resorts and restaurants nearby. My favorite were Louie’s steak house and nicks lake house. Overall a great stay and I appreciate the hand written welcome note and surprise s’mores kit. Very caring owners! Would definitely come back in the winter!

Very easy and practical. The chalet was wonderful situated at a premium location close to the Big Boulder ski resort. We rented for our son's birthday, he invited 2 friends. They had lots of fun and we plan to do it again.
