A level billiard table with true bumpers is the mark of a guest who knows their stuff! Thank you for the detailed and fair rundown. The hot tub letdown after days on the trails is a real miss, and we've escalated it, along with the grill, bathroom fan, and sliders, to our maintenance team. We'd love to host a summer return with everything in top shape, lake days included.

Thank you, Nancy! We're happy to hear you enjoyed the indoor and outdoor gathering spaces. We look forward to welcoming you back soon!

Thank you for such a wonderful and detailed review, Patricia! We're so glad the home and its layout made such a great impression — that means a lot coming from someone with 16 years of property management experience. It's also lovely to hear our team came across as courteous, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout your stay. We're sorry the hot tub didn't cooperate on that last night despite the team's efforts, but we're glad you and your grandsons still had a wonderful time with plenty of adventures. We would love to welcome your family back anytime!
