The home is fully stocked top to bottom — clean linens, fresh towels, pantry staples, and the small things you usually forget — so unpacking is the only setup required. The open kitchen flows into casual dining, and the bedrooms keep things mellow with cozy bedding and quiet, tree-lined views.

Beyond your front door, the Arrowhead Lake community unlocks a long list of extras: three outdoor heated pools, four beaches, a fitness center, playgrounds, basketball courts, and stocked lakes for boating, fishing, and swimming. - Guests are responsible for all registration fees required by the Arrowhead Lake Community Association (ALCA).
- Guest Registration: The HOA requires registration for this property. - A registration fee will be collected at the time of booking and is based on the number of guests, vehicles, and length of stay in accordance with ALCA guidelines.
- Additional Charges: If any adjustments are required after booking due to changes in guest count, vehicles, or stay duration, the registration fee will be updated accordingly and any remaining balance will be charged separately.
- Registrations within 3 days of arrival are permitted; however, a $100 late fee will be imposed for registrations made less than 3 days prior to arrival to comply with HOA processing timelines. No same-day registrations are allowed. The cut-off for next-day arrivals is 8:00 PM the day prior to arrival to allow adequate time for processing and information gathering.
- Changes to guest or vehicle information must be submitted no later than two (2) days prior to arrival.

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- The community amenity rules and schedule are subject to potential changes, particularly in the event of unforeseen circumstances, as determined by the community.

- No fireworks, smoking indoors, parties, or pets.
- Guest must check in before 11pm.
- Before check-in, you will need to visit the rental office ( 5 minutes from the entry gate) to get your community access QR code. Office closes at 10PM. Late arrivals, please contact us for arrangements. Rental office visit required the next day.
- This home does not have private trash collection; thus, trash will have to be brought to the community compactor.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
