When the home lives up to exactly what you expected — clean, comfortable, and a great fit for the whole family — that's the goal. So glad the beds were a hit, and there was room for everyone. The door's always open for your crew whenever you're ready to return.

Biggest issue we faced was that car passes for the community were never provided, even after this issues was pointed out several times and there was acknowledgement by the management company that their team would resolve the matter. In the end we did not need the car passes as we were mostly in business meetings elsewhere. However I can see how this would be a problem for a family or group staying in the community throughout the day and using the recreation amenities.

Thank you for your patience with the car pass issue, and you're right that acknowledgment should have turned into resolution. We've raised this with our team to make sure passes are ready at check in going forward, since, as you note, a family planning to use the community amenities would feel this much more. We appreciate the fair perspective and would welcome the chance to host you with everything squared away.

Home is centrally located to most Pocono attractions within about a 30 minute drive. The house was clean and reasonably well equipped. We found the bedding to be very comfortable. The steps leading to the lower and upper floors are steep so note that if that could be an issue for you. The hot tub was very clean and worked well. The game room was a blast, we had fun with the Pac-Man game and the pool table. Lots of board games, and also small container of books for young children. The gas fireplace was a huge hit also. There is a playground near the property that is perfect for toddlers and young kids. The view of the sunrise over the lake from the back bedrooms, dining room and kitchen is worth the price of the rental; I'm actually a little surprised there are no pics of this in the description. The HOA rules and fines seemed very intimidating at first, but we followed the rules and did not have any trouble. They do keep the area nice. We did have some maintenance issues during our stay. The most serious ones were addressed by the property manager in a timely fashion, and the rest did not impact our stay. Highly recommended, hope to be able to return for another visit in the future.

A sunrise over the lake worth the rental price, we'll flag that photo opportunity to our listing team. Thank you for the tip! Pac-Man battles and fireside evenings sound like Pocono perfection. We appreciate your patience with the maintenance items our team addressed, and the recommendation means a lot. We hope you're back soon!

Great house. Close to local activities. House was clean but could use a spring cleaning (dust, etc). Hot tub and pool table were fun. Very close to beach. We were told parking passes were required and never delivered, even after multiple requests - which denied us access to use the trash dumpster. Also, halfway through the stay the thermostat was locked and we could not control the temperature of the house.

We came to the Poconos to be together as a family for a few days. The home was lovely and welcoming and very clean. Location close to lake, pool, and park was great and enjoyed meals and quality time out on the deck! Would definitely book again.
