Property has a on-site dog park and a central gazebo to hang out. Gated Community. Plenty of parking inside and safe.

10 minutes to downtown, the University of Texas and all the hip East/Central Austin attractions, 2 minutes to the Mueller development with its many shops and restaurants, farmers market, and the Thinkery, the coolest children’s museum anywhere.
