SF Artisan`s Retreat - Poolside Paradise near Disney
Escape to a magical retreat just 11 miles from Disney`s doorstep! This cozy 3bed/2bath home boasts a private pool, new kitchen appliances & an artsy greenhouse vibe. Enjoy resort-style living in a gated community with kids` play areas, basketball, tennis, and volleyball courts, and a scenic walking trail. Perfect for families & friends, this stylish haven offers a relaxing getaway with all the amenities you need. Come & create unforgettable memories just a short drive from the magic of Disney!
The single story house is very spacious with brand new upgraded open kitchen
• King size bed in the master bedroom
• Queen size beds in the 2 guest bedrooms
• 4 flat screen roku TVs
• Free WiFi (internet)
• Fully equipped kitchen including stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher, as well as cookware, utensils/cutlery, dishes, glassware and kitchen tools and accessories
• Dining table with 6 chairs
• Designated Workspace desk with chair
• Clothes steamer
• Washer/Dryer in the house
• Nice walk-in closet
• Fresh bedding and towels provided, as well as soap, shampoo + conditioner
• 2 Free Parking spaces in the driveway
We won`t meet in person to exchange keys, but full instructions will be given the day before check in.
Nestled in the heart of Clermont, our house is a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature and convenience. Step outside and stroll to nearby Lake Louisa State Park for breathtaking sunsets and outdoor adventures. Savor the flavors of the area at one of the many nearby restaurants, and stock up on essentials at Publix, just a short walk away. Our quiet neighborhood offers the perfect blend of tranquility and accessibility. Clermont is also home to the Florida Citrus Tower, a historic landmark offering panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. Come experience the best of Clermont from our cozy home base!
Our garage is used to store private personal items so it won`t be accessible for guest use.
For safety and security purpose, we have a video doorbell and security camera for the backyard and pool area.
Pool heater is available for additional fee of $50 per day.
IMPORTANT NOTE: In the event of a cancellation, the credit card processing fee is non-refundable and will be automatically deducted from your refund amount.
Quiet hours start at 11pm
Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind in the unit or in the hotel. You will be charged a fee of $500 if the smoke smell is discovered.
Absolutely NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS in the unit. What constitutes to a party is anything over the amount of guest you booked in your reservation.
Loss of Parking Fob is $150
Loss of Laundry Key is $25
To ensure a secure and seamless guest experience, we require all guests to provide a valid ID and sign our rental agreement before receiving check-in information, such as the door lock code or key pick-up instructions. This policy helps us maintain the safety and security of our property.
Parking:
Park in driveways only.
Parking in grass is prohibited.
Night time parking on the street between the hours of 11:00 P.M. and 6:00 A.M. is prohibited. If street parking needed overnight, resident required to contact BOD for approval.
Parking against the flow of traffic is prohibited.
NO parking in front of fire hydrants or any areas where curbs are painted YELLOW to signify a NO PARKING area.
Parking near an intersection or in any manner that would restrict normal traffic flow is prohibited.
Boats, campers, motor homes, buses, and any other type of recreational vehicles are prohibited overnight without prior ARB/BOD approval.
Storage of vehicles other than in the garage is prohibited.
All vehicles must have proper license and registration.
All vehicles must be in working order. A vehicle that cannot operate on its own power shall not remain in the Community for more than twelve (12) hours except in the garage of a home.
Working on or repairing of vehicles other than in a garage is prohibited.
Violations will be the responsibility of the vehicle owner and the home owner. Towing, if necessary, will be at the owner`s expense.
Complimentary starter kit:
We provide a complimentary starter kit of essentials to help you settle in comfortably. Guests staying longer may need to replenish additional supplies on their own.
Cleaning Reminder:
For stays longer than 2 weeks, a mid-stay cleaning is required. The cost varies by unit size and helps keep your space fresh and comfortable throughout your stay.
If you choose to skip the mid-stay cleaning, please note that an extra cleaning fee may be added at checkout if the unit is not well-maintained.
