Perfect place to stay

Perfect home to come back to after a day in Disney! This was our second time staying here and we will be back

Comfortable

House was very nice and we felt right at home. We really appreciated the ease of communication with the owner. Jim gave us a heads up about a launch happening at Cape Canaveral. We also appreciated the sporting equipment and pool towels available at the house.

Amazing!!

We had an amazing time at the house and made more family memories. We plan to go back and stay here. We had everything we needed and more.

Great Stay - Worry Free

This was the perfect spot for our family. We loved the location - only a 20-30 minute drive to Disney (depending on traffic). And we love the pool! For someone not wanting to stay at one of the Disney resorts, this is a fantastic option. Jim was super friendly and responded quickly when we had a question. Highly recommend.

Dirty

Although the house looks nice in pictures, it is very obvious this house was not professionally cleaned if cleaned at all. Upon arrival we found a cockroach and pubic hair in the guest bathroom shower. The master shower had dirty foot prints and a large clump of wet hair on the ground. Both of the toilets were not cleaned and still had poop on the sides. The kitchen sponge and brush supplied to us both were visibly dirty. The bedroom fans were covered in dust and we were scared to turn them on. I understand I am staying in someone else’s home but it felt a little uncomfortable with how many personal items/ pictures there were displayed. There were many family pictures hung on the walls and in the book case in the living room. The master closet (which was not mentioned to avoid) had quite a lot of clothes hung and folded on top of the cabinet. There was a single pair of male underwear just hanging out at the entrance of the closet. It almost felt like the owner lives on property and just picks up and leaves when the house is booked. Some pros of the property: the property manager was very responsive. He allowed us an early check in without charging. There were 2 bottles of wine and some chocolates waiting for us upon check in. The pool area is spacious. The pool was heated for us, although the water looked a bit dirty. Overall, I would not recommend this property.

Christmas Vacation

This year we decided to spend our family Christmas vacation in Orlando and Jim and his house did not disappoint. We felt right at home. The heated pool was a hit with the kids, and the back yard and amazing sunset was a hit with my wife. When we vacation in Orlando again we will definitely try to stay here.

Long Weekend Getaway in Clermont

The host was so kind and accommodating for our situation! The neighborhood was quiet and location was off the beaten path a bit. We enjoyed the pool very much.

Incredible property

Our family had a wonderful week at Jim's beautiful home. The home has everything needed, pool and patio is perfect and the community amenities provide endless fun for active kids.

Great Experience

We loved everything about this house. It was very clean, had a pool, backed up to a wildlife area and was in a nice neighborhood to walk our dogs. The owner is great.

Perfect

Jim was flexible and accommodating. He helped us evacuate from the storm and was a perfect host. Great house. Great location. Everything is close by. Enjoyed the pool. And the neighbors were all out helping each other. I will stay there again sometime.

Relaxing Oasis

Beautiful property that was comfortable, very clean, had a ton of amenities already provided, and a fantastic pool. My young son had an absolute blast swimming all day, and we were still close to restaurants and the theme parks. Highly recommend!

Had a great time

Our host, Jim was extremely accommodating and his home was welcoming. The grandchildren loved the pool and we enjoyed the location of the home to all our destinations. We would definitely consider booking with Jim again if we need a place near Orlando.

The Perfect Stay

Jim is an amazing host, home is beautiful & was exactly as pictured. House isn't too far from the parks, we went to Disney and Universal Studios. The farthest park was Universal (about 40 min with traffic) and Disney is 20-30min. Our two boys loved the pool and it helped us all relax & wind down after a long hot day at the parks. Jim was very kind & responsive if we needed anything. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The kitchen was stocked with everything we might need. We had a very nice time and would stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

FANTASTIC!!!

Jim was a fantastic host and this property was wonderful. I have rented several places in the Orlando area and this is by far the best. He was great to communicate with, very friendly, and the house was super clean and very well taken care of. Well stocked and supplied with anything necessary. Pool was very nice and neighborhood very quiet. Sunsets were amazing and the family of sandhill cranes walking around put it over the top. We could not have been happier. Will definitely be staying again.

Nice outdoor area.

Very nice home. Had everything we needed. Jim was super with communication and meeting our needs. The pool area is nice and big with no neighbors behind. The neighborhood was gated and felt safe. Looking forward to staying again.

Great stay, awesome hosts

The property was wonderful and the host was so easy to communicate with. We were in the house for such a small amount of time that’s it’s hard to give much detail, but we were extremely satisfied!

Wonderful

House was amazing. The pool was so relaxing. Such a quiet and safe neighborhood. A bit of a drive to the theme parks nearby but totally worth it. Would definitely stay again.
