Malerisk og stille Northshore Villa beliggende i hjertet af landsbyen Anna Maria, på Anna Maria Island. Vores 2 værelses 1 bad hjem er blevet opdateret for vores gæster nydelse. Sæt ud på vores dæk om morgenen og nyd en fredelig stille kop kaffe eller nyd en kort gåtur til at spise vidunderligt friskbagte kager, brød og brændt kaffe på den lokale antikvitetsbutik og bager lige uden for Magnolia og Gulf Drive. Om eftermiddagen kun få skridt væk er nogle af Floridas bedste sandy hvide strande at slappe af på eller dyppe tå eller mere i den azurblå Mexicanske Golf. Slentre ned Pine Ave. og gå tilbage i tid med hyggelige forretningsfronter og caféer og forreste verandaer med gyngestole. Oplev nogle af de bedste kystnære shopping. Langs Pine Ave., Spring Ave eller Magnolia har du hurtig adgang til den vestlige side af øen, der viser 7 miles af en hvid sandstrand eller mod øst, kun en kort gåtur til bugten på øen og tilbringe tid på historiske bymølle, mens du fisker, eller ser på Sunshine Skyway-broen.

Mens ned på Pine Ave. Du kan også opleve det maleriske centrum for is, spisestue, teater og shopping. Kom og oplev øen, der bor hos os.

Great stay in a charming little house

We stayed 4 nights in this truly charming and beautiful house and cannot recommend it enough!The description is spot on and the house has all the necessary and desired amenities. The location is perfect for the Beach and we enjoyed our stay very much!The whole Check-in process was very easy and the house is in a very good and clean state.We would love to come back and stay longer!

Girls Trip

My daughters, granddaughter and I had a wonderful girls trip. We love AMI and this location was so close to everything. The home was spotless upon our arrival. Our host was easy to contact with questions. We will be back

Fantastic property

We needed a Friday night stay before our week long rental and this place was perfect. You literally can’t beat the location - one block from Pine and two blocks from the beach. The owner was a great communicator and made everything easy. Kids shouted “yay the villa!” every time we passed it that week, and are already asking to return. Super clean, adorable decor and the yard is so charming!

Excellent stay

The location is great. Very short walk to the beach and restaurants. Property was private. Fit family of 5 and dog comfortably. Any questions I had were answered immediately by owner.

Great location CLEAN

We had a fabulous time our family will be returning for many years to come. The owner was always available if we needed anything and is a local Island real estate agent and resident who manages her own property very well . The owners are wonderful and the place was very clean and in a fabulous location what a cute adorable beach cottage .

Lovely cottage

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Anna Maria island. We have friends and family that live here, but we wanted to have our own space. Location was great! We loved the cottage. It was very comfortable. This was our first time staying at the property. We will definitely be booking it again the next time we come. Great Value!

Graduation celebration

This little north shore gem was cozy and in a perfect location close to shops, restaurants, and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Perfect for a place to land - especially for us as our plans really didn’t have us at the house much. We spent our days at the beach or exploring the island and went out to eat each evening. The kitchen is adequately stocked with cookware, plates, glasses, etc. perfect for our group of 3. The only complaint I had was the beds are not super comfy. But the family room is cute and we could hang out there late evenings.

Cute and Comfy, Good Location

We enjoyed our first visit to AMI, and this property worked perfectly for us. We usually stay on the water for beach visits, but we were looking for something a little more budget friendly for our family of five while still be close to the beach. We were a little concerned about sharing just one bathroom and the three kids sharing the kids' bedroom, but our two teenage boys shared the room with their 9 year-old sister without any issues, and one bathroom worked out just fine. We walked to beach everyday, often more than once, and we really appreciated the use of the beach chairs and wagon -- the wagon made everything easier! We decided to rent an extra umbrella from Beach Bums just for some extra cover at the beach, though we appreciated their having one at the house for us to use too. We also appreciated the short walk to the Donut Experiment for breakfast one morning, and the easy walk to the nearby shops and were in a good location for the 4th of July parade and fireworks. We had neighbors in the other half of the duplex staying with their small dogs, but we never heard any noise from them at any time and our contact with them outside of the house was very friendly. The house was clean, nicely furnished, and had the appliances we needed for the meals we fixed while we were there. MIchelle was great to work with, and the procedures for check-in and check-out were painless. If we return to AMI (which I hope we get the chance), we'd definitely try to stay here again.

My sister, cousin and I had a wonderful long weekend stay while visiting friends and family in the area. The home was clean and cozy. It is a great location in walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beach. We would stay again.

The Host was great, the place was very nice and clean. Great location in the heart of Anna Maria Island. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. We were able to travel with our dog Buddy as well. Highly recommend!

Wonderful

Has to be the cleanest place I have ever stayed in. Have nothing negative to say. Sofa and bed comfortable. Location was perfect for us. Would totally stay there again.

We relocated here to Anna Maria Island 28 years ago from Michigan. We now enjoy raising our family here in this quaint coastal community. We are business owners locally. In addition to running our vacation rental Michelle is a local successful Realtor on Anna Maria Island at Duncan Real Estate, a mom, a local resource for her customers , and recently after Hurricane Helene and Milton hit she now also loves helping people coordinate their property remodels and decor. I enjoy helping to create a lifestyle for my customers so they can also enjoy our amazing tropical sunsets and be a part of a small quaint coastal community. She also finds time to enjoy the beach and watch a few sunsets and volunteer locally.

We chose to purchase a vacation rental because we knew it was a sound investment and now feel that we hope to be able to share a little bit of this paradise we have found with everyone.

The property is unique in its location. Sitting at the historic north end of Anna Maria. We are in the heart of the village of Anna Maria just steps away from Pine Ave. shopping and dining district. You are literally at the best end of the island and walking distance from everything local that you would want to enjoy and experience. Although having a vehicle is nice it is not necessary as there is a trolley that runs north and south on the island to all the necessary conveniences the island has to offer.
