The Space:

There are breathtaking valley, sunset and mountain views from all over the Ranch. Yerxa Town is a Faux Western town gathering space, with a propane bbq pit, covered lounge area, and restrooms with outdoor shower. The large natural roack soaking pool next to the lake fills at 100-102 degrees, overflowing into the lake, and can be refreshed to stay hot, or left filled for cooler water. There are also two individual soaking bathtubs in the Yerxa Town Lake area with mineral water, for a cold plunge or a warm soak.



Guest Access:

When you Reserve the Ranch, your guests have full access to all parts of the property except for locked storage and office areas reserved for the owners and events.



The Neighborhood:

Only 20 mins from P.S. Intl Airport. 5 mins from grocery stores, restaurants and bars in Desert Hot Springs.



Other Things to Note:

The property has multiple lakes, koi ponds and water features with no barriers. Please take precautions if you have small children in your group.

We send a Waiver and Release of Liability for review and acceptance upon confirmation of booking.



Interaction with Guests:

We give you gate and door codes prior to arrival, and respect your privacy during your stay, if anyone is on the Ranch it would be a maintenance person (weekdays only). We send you check-in instructions and videos, to let you know how to find everything and how to operate the Onsen-Style flow through soaking pools and indoor wave pool. If you need anything during your stay you can text us at the ranch phone number, and we can call or text you back, and we are nearby in case we need to visit. Private mobile massage and bodywork services, sound bath services, and private chef services also available - ask us for referrals.
