The furniture is old. The beds are terrible. The springs literally are coming up through the mattress. The couch had the same issue. It was great getting access to the main French Lick hotel property amenities. The hot tub and pool at the villas are good as well. The screen door was off and more patio furniture would be nice. They provided a fireplace log but no lighter.

It was a great location. Loved the layout of the place. Loved the sauna. The carpet upstairs was so soft and cushioned.

We had everything we needed plus the villa was nicely cleaned and stocked. We took a couple trips to the pool/hot tub as well. We would definitely stay in the villas again.

Nice location and a good 1980's vibe. For almost 250 a night plus a 22.50 a day resort fee it would be nice to have a few extra things availablw so you do not need to go to the store as soon as you arrive. If you come after hours you are screwed. Some cheap shampoo and liquid soap , coffee so you would not need to buy a whole can would be nice. The tv was the size of a computer monitor and was not a smart TV so you can't watch your own stuff and when we had a light rain storm we lost the tv entirely until it ended. Not what we are use to at that price point. When we did have questions or problems we could not communicate with a human just an AI assistant. I stayed at another one of these properties last year over Memorial Day and I thought this was the same one. It fell short of our expectations from last year.

Amber at check-in was simply amazing! She was knowledgeable about the property, the surroundings, and was extremely pleasant. This is not the type of Customer Service we receive frequently! My interaction with Amber was an excellent way to start my stay. The Villa was exactly as pictured and described.

Fall get away

Check in was easy, Kayla was very helpful. The villa we stayed in was spacious for our large group. We enjoyed the fireplace and watching deer from our balcony.

Beautiful Location!

The Villas are right behind the French Lick Resort. Never knew they were there until we found them on VRBO. The scenery and views are amazing, as well as the amenities. The villas are very spacious with plenty of room for all. We didn't use the sauna, but that was a nice touch. The balconies are nice, as well. My only complaint is that the villas were a little dated and could use a little TLC. But overall, an enjoyable stay! Thank you!

Overall this was a nice place to stay in proximity to downtown French Lick and the casino. The condo was clean, and the sauna worked great!Hosts responded to questions quickly and no issues checking in or out.Only reason this is four stars is two things:1) The furniture and much of rooms were extremely outdated. The worst part was beds, which were not that comfortable and probably need replaced.2) The tv service was spotty during the weekend and we had trouble watching a few of the football games this weekend because the satellite dish had spotty coverage Like I said earlier, overall we enjoyed our experience there other than those two things.

They really advertise the swimming pool first but it is kind of inconvenient to access and isn't all that big nor deep. Thankfully it isn't the only one available! They have a sharing agreement with a hotel next door so you can visit their pools as well for a different experience.The TV controls were hard to figure out but we eventually stumbled onto getting it to do what we wanted.The house was great and a fire log included daily was a fun touch as well as a fairly generous library of DVDs to borrow for relaxing. The tub was HUGE but that just meant it took a ton of time to fill up. The interior sauna was a really fun idea but we didn't end up using it very much. The temperatures of the different spaces were kind of awkward and difficult to get to everyone's preference with one room being EXTRA hot on a cold night and the main bedroom normal and the main space kind of chilly. Not a huge concern but just unfortunate structural planning consequences.It was still a really fun space and a great time overall!

A mixed bag

It was in a nice area but in need of updates. The check in process was horrible at 6:00 pm on a Thursday. Office was closed and phone number gives you an answering machine. Leave a message and get a call back to get in to a safe to get our key. We had a few problems and we never could get a hold of a human. Only text messages from people that had never been to the property. They seemed like automated responses and I never could get someone to call me for the three days I was there.The place has its charm but the decks look like they have not been cleaned sense before fall. On the whole we had a nice stay and the sauna is top notch.

Cute villa; weird vibes

The villa itself is pretty cute: the loft and fireplace are welcoming and homey & the spa room is a really cool addition. It was a bummer there wasn't enough hot water to fill the tub though. The office is all the way at the top of the hill, which took us a minute to find, and heaven help you if you go in freezing weather and that road gets icy. We witnessed some. shenanigans in the pool area because a worker told a family to keep the kids out of the hot tub and a previous worker didn't make the kids get out, so the parent yelled at the worker and a screaming match ensued. It scared my kid who isn't used to adults fighting like that. It would be good if all the workers were on the same page about stuff like that. Overall a decent stay. We were just there to go to the water park, but we didn't want to stay in the hotel its attached to.

Room was old but clean. Big. Cheaper than hotels in area. Hot tub. Fireplace. Only downside: not handicap accessible. Didn’t ask for it so other units might have it. But units a built on hills and uneven land and a little difficult to walk around, outside. Still give it 5 stars! Lots to do in the area.

Clean, dated condo but ok for our needs. Was told by the bot response that a shuttle runs to the two resorts but it doesn’t. Nice front desk personnel.
