Destiny Beach Villas #4B is the ground level of a two-story villa that has both Lakeside and Gulf-side balconies spanning the front and back of the home. While relaxing in the living room and kitchen, enjoy stunning Gulf views, or stand on the back balcony for serene views of Four Prong Lake. Stroll right across the street or through the tunnel to the public beach access or take a dip in the gated community pool just steps away. This condo also features calming beach décor, gorgeous granite countertops, and an open living and dining room area with floor to ceiling windows featuring views of the Gulf! With a brand new king bed in the master bedroom, a twin murphy bed separtate room, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. This condo can sleep up to 7 people. Destiny Beach Villas #4B is perfect for a small gathering of friends or family, a couple's getaway, or a snowbird while enjoying fabulous views and a prime location in Destin!

Really enjoyed our stay. Very close to the beach and Crap Trap. Close to our friends staying in Destiny by the Sea. Hosts were very nice to work with.

Broken-Down Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were moved here from a different unit located at 5151 Beachwalk because the AC didn’t work since day one, we had to sleep in 80° temperature with fans brought by Amy, property contact person. I am six months pregnant with a two year-old and a son and the electrical to the stairs and the upstairs hallway went out on and off, which for me is a safety issue because I would hate to fall down the stairs and something happen to my unborn baby. So at this second unit 4-B, the bed sheets were dirty, sofa had long hair stands on it. The single, and only bathroom of the unit had mold in the shower, shower curtains were stained and dirty. The bidet was not working. The triple bunkbeds were made for children and not adults. Internet went out one day, they had to come out to get it back reconnected. The unit above us had connected stairs to one of the bedrooms, and you can hear up and down footsteps, which we couldn’t sleep like we’d like to with all the noise. This unit was significantly smaller and only had one restroom, one floor, even though it was across the street from the beach it was a downgrade for us because it was not accommodating our family size. The owners would not work with me and so refused to handle the situation accordingly but were more worried about “not giving us a free stay” with all the bs issues we went through. We were doing more moving and washing, than enjoying the beautiful beach as two days were wasted from moving out of one broken down unit to a much smaller and dirty unit. I would not book with this company ever again.

The location is EVERYTHING! It was so convenient to walk right across to the beach. The one bathroom was very tight even for our small family of 3 & there was mold on the ceiling.

Thank you so much for the review and we are thrilled the location was a highlight — being steps from the beach really is hard to beat! We sincerely apologize for the mildew on the bathroom ceiling. This forms within days during hot summer and when hot showers produce moisture. We always take care of it as soon as we see it or are notified. We have already had it treated and taken care of so future guests won't have the same experience. We are sorry we fell short there and wish you had reached out during your stay so we could have addressed it sooner. We hope you'll give us another chance to show you a better experience and would love to host you again!
