The location is minutes from two 18 hole championship Golf Courses: Dinosaur Mountain and Sidewinder. These have both been consistently rated as two of the top courses in Arizona. Quick access to and from I-60. It is only 35 minutes from Phoenix/Gilbert/Scottsdale entertainment. Ample parking available. Hiking trails up Silly Mountain right outside your door. You'll love the updated kitchen and updated bathrooms and a dedicated office with internet to work a bit while still enjoying the wonderful sunshine. The 2.5 car garage space and four parking spaces, fantastic open floor plan with generous great room, oversized windows with jaw-dropping views, resort style backyard with perfect size pool & patio with misters.

Modern Pool Home

Very comfortable well stocked house with pool in Gold Canyon. House is upgraded with modern conveniences and has two-car garage. House is on the edge of the development, so saw many quail and wildlife out the back fence. Very nice place to stay.

Best Location Near the Superstition Mountains

Mary Jo, the owner, is awesome. The house is beautiful, and the view from the back porch pool area is perfect. At night, we could hear the coyotes as we looked through the cactuses at the superstition mountains, and we enjoyed seeing the desert quail light on the fountain and we even saw a rattlesnake outside the fence. A gorgeous place with breathtaking views.

Gold Canyon

Wondeful home and communication with Mary Jo, property owner. Home provides best sunrise view of Superstition Mountain and desert. Would definitely be a guest again.

Amazing Home

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your amazing home. It was perfect for us and our three teenagers. It was close to family for Thanksgiving and we really enjoyed it.

Perfect place to stay!

The home was beautiful and in a really nice neighborhood. It was perfect for our family with the bedroom for children and the extra office room. We loved being able to hike basically right from the house. Mary Jo was super responsive and was able to make a last minute change for us when winter weather adjusted our travel dates. We’ll definitely look to stay here again in the future!

Amazing!

My husband and I had a great time staying at this house. The pictures don’t do the house or the view Justice as both are very beautiful! We felt that the house had everything we needed and we would love to stay here again in the future. Location was perfect, and the host was very accommodating and communicative!

XMAS Family Stay

The pictures of this property do not do it justice.The house is a great place to stay with family and friends. Beautiful kitchen complete with everything you will need for your stay. We cooked for 11 on Christmas Day. Bedrooms and bathrooms are also the best. Pool, plenty of space to entertain and have some fun. We would recommend this location to everyone, and hope to return when we can. Very quiet with trails and lots to do.

Gold Canyon Getaway

We two very much enjoyed our stay. we were able to host a nice dinner party for our arizona family. The kitchen was well equiped . The home was nicely decorated and clean except for the windows . I cleaned them so we could better see the beautiful view. We would like to visit again someday.

Very nice property! Loved our stay!

Property was just as described and pictured. Very clean, nice layout, awesome location and views. Communication with the owner was seamless - very quick to respond, very helpful with answers, very friendly. Had a welcome package on the counter upon arrival, and a kind letter requesting feedback on our stay in the living room. Easy to access local shopping, restaurants, and hiking trails. Would definitely book this property again if traveling through the Phoenix area.

Beautiful spacious home with great views

We enjoyed our time here and would stay again! The bedrooms were nice-sized and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were nice as well, and came with soap/shampoo/conditioner in the showers (although the master was unlabeled, so we just guessed/used what we brought!). Family room was a comfortable place to spend evenings watching movies! The kitchen was well stocked; we did have to buy salt and pepper, and there were no spices (but I think this is a newer rental, so they’ll stock up!). The views were spectacular and the back porch area was nice for relaxing and sunning. Owners were friendly and communicative! P.S. lots of light switches and tech in the house; took a minute to get acquainted, but not a deal breaker in any way!

All about the views!!

Large, lovely home in quiet neighborhood. Can walk out the door and enjoy multiple hiking trails. Views from the patio and home are fantastic! Downside is no pool heater, which basically renders the pool useless for much of the year. Also needs some attention to onsite detail since owner/manager is long-distance, i.e. empty beer can and used bandage found on floor, no extra garbage bags, grill did not work (sporadic even after owner arranged new tank), landscape lighting and pool fountain sporadic. Also could use some seating on the main entrance side or folding chairs for sitting in the sun; some baking/cookie sheets; sharper knives……..none of these critical, but fairly minimalist for this price point. Overall a nice stay.

Beautiful Home

The home exceeded our expectations! The pictures truly don’t do it justice. Initially, we were a bit skeptical due to the lack of reviews, but we’re so glad we decided to book. The owners went above and beyond by leaving a thoughtful welcome basket for us, and communication was always prompt and clear. The property itself was immaculate, spacious, and very well-maintained. We’ll definitely be booking here again! Just a tip: if you’re planning on cooking or BBQing, bring your own seasonings and spices. I don’t recall seeing any in the kitchen besides salt and pepper( unless we missed them 😅). Other than that, everything you need is provided. Highly recommend!
